Pike Center — Local services in North Bethesda

An easy shopping experience for TGI Fridays, a perfume and beauty Store , some mattress store, in a place that sells used tires and fixes your car I think there's a bank in the parking lot.

The parking lots large it's free and the stores in this Shopping Center always seem to have very friendly intelligent people working in them. Even the TGI Friday's has better-than-average Waiters- out of the ordinary. And very attentive management and I'm told that it's good drinks keep the bar busy. Like all of Montgomery County it is smokeless so you can taste your food which is worth it here.

I dealt with the tire shop before the prices were Fair and the service was done properly. I've shopped in the perfume store for gifts very nice very helpful employees. And I think there's this really good shoe store with really good prices for the store they do special orders and they have some kind of a shoe expert in the store. A technical degree? So I'm told.

So Ladies get your husband to take you to Bagel City when you're done send them to the tire shop while you go to the perfume and Beauty...

Isaiah provided me with excellent customer service. The company provided me with a QR code to ship computer equipment. It was one label with multiple boxes. This was not a problem with Isaiah because the large quantity was shipped in three boxes rather than one box. At two other FedEx locations, the staff was concerned with one label for the QR code. One site said the shipping would include one large box. The other site realized they did not have a box larger enough for the shipment. This was not a problem for Isaiah. He demonstrated critical thinking skills to ensure the shipment would be packaged and I could be on my way for the day. To note, his name tag included "in training" and he went beyond his peers and exceeded in customer...

The parking is still great - FedEx still has excellent customer relations. No tenant where Bagel City was but hopefully something new is coming!

Of note - not enough ♿ handicapped accessible parking spaces.

Original Good parking with an excellent exit onto Bou Ave or Rockville Pike. The FedEx there is fabulous. A total shame that Bagel City closed when COVID came. Excited to see what store takes...
