Feb 2022 Ordered delivery from this place twice, same thing both times, and I was interested to note the differences in packing. The food itself was excellent as always. The store also packed everything quickly and on time for delivery.
We ordered the Family 4 pack both times, and I have to say the intended family seems to be 2 adults, 2 kids. The price and quantity is certainly right for that amount of people. The 4 pack also comes with bowls, utensils, and napkins.
Both times, the meat and sides came in these 1 cup size containers. The first time we were missing one side, but the second time we got everything we ordered. For the bases, the first time each base was packed into a paper box. The second time, the bases were packed into the same containers as the meat and sides, 2 containers for each side. I'm not sure if there's a portion difference between the two methods. As for the sauces, we got 2 containers of each sauce the first time; 4 containers of each sauce the second time.

Read moreStaff was extremely rude. I got there less than 10 minutes before closing—I know that’s irritating, like I get it. But the food is already made, you just scoop it into a bowl. My husband ordered before me, was at the register, I was ordering. I looked at the menu to see what size I wanted. As I was looking, probably 5-8 seconds of looking, the associate said to me “just so you know, we’re closing in 5 minutes.” Like why does that matter? I’m literally ordering as we were speaking. Who gives a damn when you close when I’m in your face ordering. I know some service people find any reason to take a jab at customers in order to make themselves feel superior but it’s unnecessary and unprofessional. Read moreI really like the food but my last lunch there was a bad customer experience. I had 1 day left to use a Level up birthday reward but their scanner wasn't working and the woman at the register said my phone was the problem. I used the app yesterday at Chopt and it worked fine. They ask me to pay with a credit card but I explained the only reason I came today was use my reward for a free lunch. Even though I was able to show the employee the reward on screen of the app on my phone, they still made me pay! An establishment with top notch customer service would have comped the meal. Good food is important but customer service is more important. From now on, I will be going to other eateries at Pike & Rose that do both well. ...
