My boyfriend and I stopped in here today to check out a couch and love seat we were interested in. Immediately a sales woman named Pat R. came up to us and showed us where it was located in the store. We told her we were interested in financing and wanted to see what we could get approved for. We tried to explain that we had a new address but she insisted we must enter the one on our IDs. Luckily the other sales woman stopped this mistake and we ended up getting approved. We then told Pat at this time we wanted to walk around and look at things on our own and that if we had any questions or needed any assistance we would come find her. Not even 5 minutes later shes back on us insisting on showing us sterns and foster beds and basically all the top of the line most expensive beds. I ended up running out to my car briefly and upon returning to the store Pat once again found us. I explained that we still wanted to look around on our own, and that we would find her if we needed assistance. We made our way back to the couch we wanted and sat down to discuss what we wanted to do. Pat once again found us. We told her we wanted the couch set, and that we also wanted a new king bed. We told her we wanted to stay within our financing budget. She started showing us some mattresses and we found one we liked. Pat started adding thing up and told us we had to do the $159 dollar mattress protection. I asked her if that was something we had to do to get the sales price and she reluctantly said no. I told her i didn't feel the need to have a mattress protection plan and she said we could do the $79.99 one. i again told her i didn't feel any plan was necessary, but when she added up the total at the end she INCLUDED IT IN THE PRICE AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME WHEN I SAID I DIDN'T WANT IT. That was basically the last straw for me. We told her we were going to wait until our next payday so we could have the money for the taxes and delivery. She then tried telling us we would lose our financing if we didn't order today (which i knew wasn't true). I insisted that we didnt want to order today and then she became very rude, said have a nice day and stormed off. I believe if we hadnt had to deal with Pat today we would have walked out having ordered our new furniture. She not only lost a sale herself, but she completely turned me away from buying...

It's actually a Factory Outlet Clearance Center 140 E Hinks Ln Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0465 If you have warranty issues Ashley furniture will not help you. You have to deal with there incompetent repair techs. The quality of furniture is awful these days. I bought a couch from them and have had issues with it from day 1. The frame is bent and all the padding is gone the couch also ruined my floors. They have sent techs out 3 times to "repair" the couch. The problem is the people they send don't even bring in tools in, they just say oh we have to order parts then I have to take more time off work to have them come. They refuse to replace my couch and are going to send another technician out to try and repair the damage they created.
Now I have to bring them to small claims court just to get money back for a defective product. When all they had to do is replace the couch with a working couch.
Update 4/14/22: they have been out again to try and service the couch and once again they had to order parts.
I have had the part for 2 weeks and have sent 3 emails to try and schedule service now they won't even respond.
This place is a complete joke đ save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.
I am now bringing my couch to the dump which I also have to pay for because they will not stand behind the product they sell.
I also emailed the company as requested, in the response. Big surprise it's been a month and they have not...
   Read moreAshley Furniture North Branch lost us as a customer today over a $99 delivery fee! We found an âAshley itemâ on a national website offering free delivery and setup. The Ashley Store apparently could not compete because âthe item was a special order (6-8 weeks for delivery although their competition said the piece would be delivered by thanksgiving). The Ashley store employee then showed us another piece that was again offered at a cheaper price per the competitors website and was also offered with free delivery and setup. The âAshley Storeâ then refused to match the competitors offer after telling us âthey would match ANY online offerâ. Anyway, this is their loss, not ours. We have been a very good customer making multiple purchases from this store (including a kitchen set, living room set and a bedroom set) and now I guess weâll just buy from online retailers from now on. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, Shop online before you make your decisions as there are better deals out there! Weâre NEVER GOING BACK GOING BACK TO ASHLEY or Furnituremart (note that they are the same company).
UPDATE.... Ashley has now emailed us twice since the above review, telling us that we have items in our shopping cart and must act NOW to get the BEST deal! Sorry Ashley, youâve already lost us!!!! Weâve literally Spent THOUSANDS of dollars at your store (verifiable), but were blown off by your salesperson and sales manager over a stinkinâ $99 delivery charge and WE ARE NOW DONE WITH YOUR BS! Get real! There are online stores with better deals and if they can offer better prices on âAshley products than the âAshley Storeâ then Ashley May have MUCH LARGER PROBLEMS THAN EVAN I...
