Burger King — Restaurant in North Branch

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only have they asked me (with my 6 month old baby in the back seat) to pull around to the front, had us wait for 45+ minutes (had already paid our I would have left) then shut down the store and turned all the lights off with 3 other people waiting aswell, but they seldom get my I order correct. Sometimes it's not even just missing things its literally a completely different order. I only ever go during what would be the night shift and everyone on that shift have nasty attitudes and act like they didn't apply for the job themselves. Aside from the horrendous customer service, the place itself is just a dump. There were massive pot holes right at the drive through that didn't get fixed for many many many many months and even though they are fixed now, the whole parking lot is garbage. Managers, hopefully you are reading this! Hear me out:

Today on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at about 10:35am at the North Branch, MN place, I drive thru ordered a whopper meal and then an extra whopper sandwich. I also told them about my 'buy a whopper get one free' local coupon, yet my server - I unfortunately didn't get her name, she is a blonde, white lady - didn't tell me meals don't count for that coupon until I got to the window. So, I decided to change my mind and order just the two whoppers instead. Through the whole process, she was frustrated and kind of rude to me. I was of course uncomfortable with the situation. If that's the case with her, I have had long days too, but I was never deliberately rude to customers at my work.

I hope the server at least gets...

My worst Burger King visit ever. I was the lone customer in the dining room ...two booths over and facing me was a younger male employee on break who had a repeated compulsion to pick his nose. It must have been at least a dozen trips to his left nostril. The worst thing is that there was repeated eye contact during the picking. One would think a single eye contact alone would have been enough to halt the continued picking.

I wanted to exit as fast as possible. I spoke to the blond female manager upon my exit and let her know what going on and to please make sure he washes his hands before returning to work.
