Bath & Body Works — Local services in North Branch

I had the best in my 15+ years of shopping with bath and body works. Yesterday, I drove 50 minutes to this location and I'm so happy I did. As I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile by April. She was so nice and helped me find items I was looking for around the store. Once I filled a shopping bag, she was so nice and took it to set behind the counter so I didn't have to carry it around. When I checked out she was there again. April was super helpful with showing my coupons and rewards in the new bbw app. She carefully bagged each item. I didn't even realize how great she packed them until I got home! Most times the stores are so busy during the SAS they throw items in without care. She even helped carry my bags out to my car! I've never once has this type of experience or service ever. I was excited to shop here on Dec 2nd for candle Day. When I walked in I was immediately told that they were not accepting any coupons what so ever. I questioned that and 2 of the staff were very rude and started talking to each other about how “today should be interesting if it continues like this” in front of me. I said well good luck because you will definitely have more upset ppl than just me. The selection was also poor when I asked about a couple certain items I was looking for she rolled her eyes at me! I left and called customer service where they said that not accepting coupons was totally unacceptable, they compensated me and advised me to go to a different store. I went to the Blaine store where they had a huge selection compared to Northbranch and happily excepted my coupons in 2...

This is their "discontinued" store. So if you need one more shot at that Shea butter hand cream in the scent "into the night" , you could find it here. They do have a selection of their "White Barn" line. Not a tremendous amount but scattered thru the store. Love "kitchen lemon" and so does everyone else, so their were only 2 pumpers of hand soap left. But I got a "tremendous deal" on pumper soaps (pumpkin or coconut anyone??) and hand creams that were up to 90% off. 45 bucks worth of stuff for just over 20 dollars because I bought the 90-75-50% off offerings.
