Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Branch

I've been waiting a good few months of purchasing taco bell before I would even go out and write a review.. Where do I start? The North Branch Taco Bell is terrible. The food quality is ALWAYS thrown together, not exactly bad but it lacks effort. Customer service is shallow, and pretty rude. There hasn't been a single time where I've walked into tbell and had someone ask how I was, or even say anything. They just stare at you until your order. A few months ago I came here looking for a job, I didn't have any makeup on and was wearing sweats - not that it should even matter; and the employees laughed at my application and I watched them walk to the back and throw it away as I was leaving. How ridiculous is that? I definitely wouldn't want to work in such a poor, and judgmental environment anyways! Overall, the North Branch Taco Bell isn't even a hit or miss, it's nearly always disappointing. The staff isn't only rude and uninviting, but the overall experience with getting the wrong order several times, being dooped out of food at nighttime, and recieving non-fresh food when they're "busy"... Not satisfied at all. Train your managers and staff, this...

Over the last year my food has gone from bad to worse in this L location I'm tired of paying top dollar for fast food Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat I specifically asked them to at least try make it look halfway like it does on the menu let's play a more money for minimum wage they take no pride in their work it's literally a taco not hard to do I get cold or stale food literally less than a teaspoon on my last chalupa I ordered and it's just sad nobody has pride in anything they do not held accountable I have to get home see my food then drive back to get it replaced it's unacceptable and I've wasted hundreds of dollars trying to get back the good food that I once had when Taco Bell actually had standards in the fast food industry nothing's affordable anymore and the fact that nobody actually makes it for what it's worth is sad and disheartening I am no longer being an advocate for Taco Bell I do nothing to make it right other than make you a new one when they could have just done it right the first time I'm sick of being a Karen stop...

My taco bell experience:

I ask for a beef burrito. The nice man looks at me puzzled. The guy says, we have like 5 different kinds, and started spouting on about all the different burritos. I says, I want just a beef burrito...beef, cheese, onions, I says. He says we don't have that. Yes you do, I says!! So I says, dude I says, Dude I've been coming here for many years. I order a beef burrito and guess what I get? That's right!! A beef burrito!! Never any questions asked!! Well, that will be a custom order he says. I says, ok.

Well, when I home I realized I payed $2.49 for a 5 layer burrito minus two layers!! Instead of a regular old beef burrito that usually costs about a buck. This nice gentleman was roughly my age so I know he knows what a beef burrito is!

So either I've been transported to some bizzaro universe where the beef burrito doesn't exist, OR, which is more likely, is that Taco Bell (or this manager) are a bunch of shysters. So congratulations Taco Bell!!! You just lost a loyal customer of nearly 30...
