Due to covid lockdown, I was not able to go to the spa store so I had to purchase over the telephone. I was then contacted by "Tom" and he told me to look online at the spas (aqualivingstores.com) and I decided on the Catalina Luxury Armstrong and I ordered it on July 1, 2020. I was told that the hot tub was made in the USA and that the expected delivery date was Sept 29, 2020. I checked in with my sales rep "Tom" on Sept. 4th, 2020 to ask if we were still on track for a delivery of 9/29 and his reply was "I hope so". I then checked again on 9/21/2020 and his reply then was that he was being "shown another 1-2 weeks for production" that the graphite sides are completely out of stock and coming in the beginning of October. He then said if I can wait a little longer or possibly switch the color from what I originally chose. I then called him (we were texting) and I said I didn't really want to change the color that I originally picked and he said that it shouldn't be too much longer and agreed to just keep it as is. I also was confused as to if this is made in the USA where were these graphite parts coming from? Aren't they all made in the same place? I wasn't really ever able to get an answer on that. Anyhow, he told me it will start the week of October 19, 2020.
I then texted Tom on October 20, 2020 just to "check in" since he had previously told me it'll start the week of 10/19 and Tom then responded he was sorry that things were moving so slow but they were still waiting for these graphite sides and they would be in "next week".
On November 2, 2020, I again "checked in" and Tom told me still waiting. I checked in again on November 20, 2020 and low and behold -- "still waiting".
I started to check the reviews (again) and also checked the BBB and saw complaints that sounded like what I was going through (these reviews/complaints that I read were not there prior to July when I checked into Aqua Living) and after reading others experiences I grew very weary and decided to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge as Aqua Living charged my credit card in FULL on July 1, 2020 when the order was placed and never even told me at that time that they would be doing that!
Today is December 10, 2020 and shockingly I got a phone call from Aqua Living telling me they saw that I disputed the charge and that they just finished my hottub and were getting ready to ship it! I told him I was no longer comfortable with how this has been going and the man said "Well I'll just give it to someone else" and hung up on me! I find it pretty ironic that all of a sudden they realize there's a dispute and now they miraculously have my hottub ready for shipment. I understand there are delays due to Covid but this is 5 months and again, if its made in the USA this doesn't even make any sense. Read moreI purchased the Dr Wellness G-10K Tranquility Spa a little over a year ago. My review is somewhat mixed. Buddy in Sayreville was extremely helpful with decent customer service UNTIL I received the hottub. I literally had not heard from him until approx a month ago via email. I mean nothing , he didn't even check to see if I received the delivery!! NOT A WORD!!!!!! That being said , the delivery went well. It is well worth the nominal fee for the backyard delivery. I have had a few issues. There was a lighting problem early on, I contacted customer service in Tennessee that contracted out to a local hottub repair and all went well. The customer service calling the factory in Tennessee is wonderful. They are extremely helpful . The bluetooth stopped working. Of course it is not covered under the warranty. I purchased a new one on Amazon it was less than $10. It was more of an annoyance than anything else. I noticed a leak, after having the hot tub for approximately 7 months. I was advised that the labor is no longer under warranty but the parts were. The parts were sent to me within two or three days and luckily my boyfriend is very handy and he was able to repair it. Unfortunately 3 days ago I noticed another leak. It seems to be the same as before which was a leak around the waterfall where the jets are. Again nothing major just an annoyance hopefully that's the only problems I'm going to have with it. I do love the hot-tub however. It stays hot when it's below freezing outside it's great. I just hope it holds up.
As of March 2021 it didn't hold up!!!!! Acrylic began eroding well within the warranty period. Nearly impossible to get anyone to return my calls. It took me contacting BBB before I heard from anyone. BOTTOMLINE September 2022 it was replaced, looks new but I'm pretty sure it's a factory second and still had chips in the acrylic UGH

Read moreLove my tub. Had a minor issue with the circuit board when delivered, went directly to the manufacturer, they responded quickly set up a third party spa tech and sent the part. It was quickly fixed and now have a wonderful local spa tech for my spa needs. UPDATE the products they are selling is overpriced garbage. This co sells you and when there is an issues shuns you away!!!no help ...manufacturer is a joke
Avoid at all cost any product from this place. Bought a hot tub last year. Got it late, finally arrive...circuit board broken..month later finally replaced. Month or so later some panels falling apart. Month later, motor busted. Next find small screws in tub. "TUFF TOP" is warped and does not close Now for the last 5 months trying to get items replaced. Week after week another story ...no one reads the case file as they are fixing piece by piece each time closing the case out. No one returns calls or emails. Perma hold and when you finally get someone they said the case has been resolved . Which is incorrect. Anyone know if I can sue? BBB does nothing.
