I am so happy that I found BFS! I had a 14+ year old leather sofa that was in need of repair but was still more comfortable than any sofa that I saw when I went shopping for a replacement. I contacted BFS and spoke to Ina who was very informative and set up a repair appointment with Ken. Ken did a masterful job replacing the springs and aligning the sofa's arm rest and back. He gave me and my husband many more years with our comfortable sofa. He was so meticulous and so informative that I also had him fix an antique chair that had a significant sentimental value to my family but was unstable and in need of repair. Ken at Best Furniture Services, fixed my sagging couch cushions and worn off color on my very expensive Natuzzi leather couch. He restuffes the flatten cushions reshaped the seats and back as well as color matched all worn and scratched areas! looks absolutely fantastic!! so happy. i think he is posting pictures on his website.

also he opened a draw on a dresser that was stuck closed for a year!

Fixed 3 drawers on my bathroom vanity that 2 other repair person never could fix! these drawers were unusable and never opened and closed properly! Vanity 12 years old and i finally have the use now!
