Bagel 1 — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

PROs- service , location , food CONs- not much . Wish they had more tables inside .

Was eyeing for a breakfast and my kids like bagel 🥯 cream cheese . This one is right on rt 130. Nice location . Huge parking lot and few tables inside to sit and eat . Coffee was fresh and tasted good . Pricewise it was ok. We didn’t have egg or omlettes but it looked great .

Nice and quick service .. we ordered bagels and they were able to quickly give it in few mins zz asked them for extra toasted and it was really toasted well. Other bagel shops around don’t toast much . They have multiple cream cheese options . Cream cheese was fresh and tasted good . Overall a good experience. I rarely give a 5 star but this place...

I really like Bagel 1 because the food is tasty and fairly priced. Pancake platter is delicious and super filling. Home fries are very tasty. The assorted cream cheeses are very good and well priced. That being said there are some kinks to their system that you should be aware of. Recommend: Have the order repeated back to you if you call. There is a person there that is quite rude over the phone and just hangs up on you when the order is finished. When you pick up the order you MUST check it to ensure that all items are there and that the order is correct. Ask what you are being charged for since you will get charged the cost of an entire item instead of an up charge if you make a...

This place serves good food but I wouldn't dine in there. Me and my partner dine in three times and the deli clerk started mopping the floor with a mop smelling strongly of mildew and masking with disinfected cleaner. The smell was over powering with no windows in the place is a health hazard.

If that wasn't enough, while we are eating, the clerk throws down the rug mats on the floor. This pissed us off and we wrapped up and left. What fool would start cleaning the dining area floor with a mildew mop while customers are eating.

I wouldn't recommend eating there because the worker never washed his hands after handling the mop...
