Bagel Boys & Deli — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

It's the first time I've ever had terrible service here normally everything is really good

Today was the first day I experienced terrible service over bagel boys I had placed an order over the phone and within 15 minutes I sent my husband to go pick up the food 20 minutes past by and we were only 5 minutes away so my husband calls and asks me to repeat the order because they can't find it apparently not only was our order given to someone else but we still or should I say my husband still paid full price for the food that had already been paid for and to the items were not even made properly ingredients were missing I really hope anyone reading this from bagel boys make sure that when someone comes to pick up an order that the order is confirmed before just handing it out it wasn't right for...

I use to go there regularly, but after yesterday and returning there today, it's horrible. My bagel was so hard couldn't even eat it. I returned the one from yesterday and they had the nerve to tell me it was fresh. They replaced one, I asked for ir to be toasted with nothing on it. They had the nerve to tell me it will cost me $.10, I said what just to toast it like you have all the other bagels in the toaster. They said yes, i have to charge you $.10. I told her never mind, I have never heard such, but guess what, fir all the years I've patronized yoy, sent several people there, I won't be coming back, she said fine go somewhere else. This is the type of service, I will not tolerate under no circumstances. I left and won't be back, for they lost a long time customer since...

Great location. Right on rt 130. Spacious outdoors . Lots of parking available . Very close to other stores. You will not miss this shop. Right next to traffic light and when you stop for red , you will see it right there . Nice space inside too. Service was good .

Lots of options for breakfast . I always like bagels with cream cheeese and ordered it . Took sometime but the quality was good . I liked it : wish it was a little more toasted but it was tasty though. Coffee was very average . Could have been much better . Was very watered down . Egg/ omlette was good.
