They have a tremendous selection and an experienced and knowledgeable staff. However they certainly are very pushy and lack transparency in the process. I went in for a simple blazer and was told that what I was looking for was not a good choice, and would need to get a full suit. I hadn’t purchased a new suit in a while so I decided it was something I could use, so sure. Before I knew it, and without properly explaining the process, I was being fitted and tailored for a new suit that was not what I needed for the event I had mentioned to the associate. All of a sudden I was standing at the register, every little thing was being charged for in the tailor process, $10 here, $21 there, $120 there. Boom. The total came to nearly $500 and I still am not prepared for the event I mentioned I had with the time I’m waiting for the suit. I needed a jacket for an event in a few days.

Did not inform us that the ties for my wedding party were being discontinued. When ordered we ended up being one short. They attempted to blame us for not buying in advance, however when we tried to pay for some of each groomsman’s suit package as a gift they would not let us. They made us buy gift cards to give them. In the end we had to find and buy 6 new ties elsewhere, less than a month before the wedding. We weren’t even able to get refunds or credits for the 5 ties we received. I had to spend hours trying to get a refund for a tie we paid for but they didn’t have to give us. Throughout the whole process they seemed uninterested and could not even be bothered to call us when items came in or suits came back from tailoring. I went there a couple months back looking for a specific style of suit. I reached out of one of the employees to see if they have that kind in stock.

This employee was extremely judgemental. He is asking me very confusing questions about suits, then asks me "When was the last time I went suit shopping?" trying to insinuate that I didn't know what I was talking about.

Upon further inquiry, it turns out they just don't have the style I was looking lmao. So, instead of just telling me they didn't have the style I wanted available, he wanted to gaslight me.

There isn't a need to belittle anyone's intelligence just to avoid saying you don't have an item in stock. We are all adults here, just be honest.

Other than that, the suits were expensive, the customer service from that one gentleman was very poor. I would personally never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there unless...
