Loss prevention on his cell phone upon entering the store. Wanted a price check and the manager came up in about 15 minutes and stated I would have to get it from the cashier? What unprofessional attitude. Then wife had to use bathroom and the first thing out of the managers mouth was, no merchandise in the bathroom , like duh who doesn't know that. Store is filthy. Hangers all over the floor, trip hazard. Upon checkout 1 cashier , cashier asked for help with a line , 20 minutes in line the manager finally came to help checkout the customers. Bought a hang up blanket and no large bags to put it in. Broken merchandise on shelf. Notice no one responds to reviews.

This store has very decent inventory, but the workers are just too lazy and rude at times. The cashiers (when they are more at the register) move so slow. Many of them are very unprofessional and act like they don’t want to work. They move too slow, don’t speak and always stopping and going. Just to talk to each other. If you don’t want to do your job then don’t work.

I literally watched this woman move like a snail at the register, stop ringing up to talk, and then walk extra slow to get more bags. Again, if you’re not trying to work, then don’t work. Just ratchet (including the white cashiers because they can be ghetto too.) The store is also dirty. I mean dirty! The floors are never clean, and outside. Clothes are on the floor and the floor most likely hasn’t been sweeped and...

I hadn't been to DD's since their opening years ago. As many don't know this store happens to be owned by Ross Dress for Less. They sell what appears to be discontinued items cheap. There's a mix of household & apparel wear. If you're into the cheap & cheerful like me, look over these items carefully before purchasing (i.e. seam construction, product content, etc.) The customer service was friendly.
