Starbucks — Restaurant in Redwood City

There were 4 employees it was around 10am when I was there today. I want to keep this short but I want people to knw if u come here u will wait forever. I ordered a sausage sandwich and mint tea. What the employees did was focus solely on their online orders and did everything in bulk. So my sandwich was held up by an employee who wanted to do all her sandwiches at one time. To sum everything up they all did a bad job at serving us who were there bc they even gave a sandwich to someone who ordered way after me. I ask where is mine the employee said I just got here lol. I never once gave attitude. I'm just knew it was best to describe everything on here. I and others all agree they all did a horrible job look at the trash they didn't even pay attention to it either. I think they only cared for their breaks bc they keep disappearing. Just everything was backed up. I highly do not recommend...

Really love the team and atmosphere here, I often visit in the mornings to work and they’re some of the friendliest faces ever!! Special shout out to Valeria for the warm welcomes and writing the sweetest messages on every cup. The wifi works great, the store’s clean and there’s usually a table whenever I’m there before 7:30am

They do a great matcha and it’s customisable too - you can add extra matcha powder and adjust the milk and sugar level (I love it with 5 matcha powder, no sugar and with soy milk) :)

Worst customer Service! This Starbucks used to be amazing! Now they are so unprofessional & rude. Marvin was barista & because he did not see my order sitting there, he told me to get on my phone & check my order & make sure I ordered at correct Starbucks...mind you my drink was right behind him! The whole place was staring at me like I’m the one in the wrong when it was him. Never again will I come here because either they mess up my orders lately or are too busy talking to each other to care about their customers & making them wait longer than needed, on top...
