Terrible customer service received from Manager Alicia I attempted to add an item to my order still at the ordering screen, her exact words were come to the window after waiting in line behind three cars I mentioned I wanted to add an item and she instructed me to come to the window she said you need to go around again I can’t do it here now. I said okay. Halfway home my order was incorrect had to turn around because no one would pick up the phone. I get there I spoke to the manager Alicia and received nothing but attitude from her, she kept rolling her eyes and just stood there with a blank stare after going around in circles and said she wasn’t going to fix my order nor refund money for food that was missing even though I brought back all the bags.
I understand working in fast food is not pleasant when it’s hot out but this is the job you signed up for the least you can do is be profesional and courteous to customers because without customers the location would close and all these employees will be out of a job.

I ordered a number 10 and was still looking a bit I kid you not, not even a minute goes by he said to hurry because they are busy. So I told him about the BBQ sauce and ketchup and he said that’s asked at the front window. (I’ve asked at the front before and they charged me for ranch, so I was trying to by pass that and get my full amount at the intercom). Any way he ends up coming out of the Jack n the box and comes up to the car all aggressive and says this is for ordering the menu behind you is for looking. At this point I was baffled and told him “ the light is off and you can’t see the menu and I’ve never heard that before”. He stormed back in and another man took my money. Read moreI want to start out by saying that I work in customer service so I know what it means to treat a customer respectfully. I have to say that I was not treated respectfully. When I walked in, I was not certain what I wanted so I moved over to the side and the person who was taking my order was very rude in asking me if was ready to order. When I walked up to the register, the person asked me if I was finally ready to order, so as I was ordering my first item, he didn't give me a chance to say what else I wanted, he just kept asking me "anything else" and I wanted my burger a particular way so he neglected to put it down while I ordering my food and I paid. When my food came he threw into the bag what was missing and when I asked him where a straw was, he just pointed as if he was too busy to tell me respectfully.
