I rarely review a bad purchase or service, I just "Don't go there again". I feel this time I must. I went in for a small repair (a prong had bent on an inexpensive ring) which was done on the spot. I was happy. Upon looking at the inventory I discovered a nice pair of earrings. I purchased them, a 14K YG pair of drop earrings for $500.00. I brought them back the next day because they were alternately flipping upside down, not hanging correctly. The owner said she could fix them took them in the back, returned and said she couldn't tighten them, she had to keep to solder. She said they'd be ready the next day which was Fri. she would call. Friday came, no call. Closed Monday. Tuesday went to pick up I had to wait while she cleaned them. She brought them out and I noticed about 30% of each earring had black on them around soldered area top and bottom. She took them in the back and brought them out with no difference, said she couldn't "get in close enough to polish" and to "soak them" at home. Well I took them home and soaked them in my jewelry cleaner to no avail. They look terrible, still black. It looks like there is silver metal under the gold in one area, and a couple of other areas have turned a weird orange red color. I will not be going in there again. What a sad waste of money. Its too bad, I had hoped maybe I had found a hidden gem. How could a jeweler present these back in this condition after selling them to me brand new. This is not a good place to buy gold from I don't trust that what I bought is not plated . As to the repair, the soldering looks like it was done in a steel mill. They now look like they are old...

This owner right here is such a sweetheart!! I first met her three years ago and felt like I knew her my whole life. Words cannot express the welcoming, friendly, humble, sweet, kind, warm loving soul that she is !! I recommend her a thousand percent! No one compares her prices of jewelry pieces and prices she charges to fix them. The jewelry pieces r gorgeous and very different. I've bought necklaces, rings, bracelets and ankle bracelets. They don't turn green either lol. Today she fixed a necklace that my Mother gave to me before she passed over four years ago, My mother told me to never take it off, but for some weird reason it fell off my neck and I freaked out. I jumped into my car (an hour from Naples) to get to the store frantically & when I got there I told her daughter what happened to my Mama's necklace , she went to the back to tell her Mother ( owner) and less than 10 minutes and a few dollars ($74.00)( it's pure gold) it was fixed and back into my hands to quickly put it back on. I LOVE THIS LADY, HER DAUGHTER AND STORE!! THANK YOU AGAIN AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU JUST HOW YOU...

The owner and her daughter were so kind to me. I had gone there the day before mass to honor my little sisters life to fix her chain so I can have a piece of her. was told that the chain was weak in many places and I can bring it in as it breaks. I told the owners daughter it was my sister’s. The next day when I came to pick it up the owner let me know she reinforced it at all the weak spots for the same price.
