After reading most of them, and being in the market for a new bed set up, I contacted who I now know is John. After a few weeks we made our appointment. We were apprehensive going in, but we needed something we could rely on, and within our budget. I am thrilled with our choice. John answered every question and made any suggestions he thought might help us. We are completely satisfied. Actually we are more than satisfied with our purchase and John. He wasn't a pushy salesman and made us comfortable from the start. We not only got exactly what we were looking for, but we made a new friend as well. Upon walking in for our 1145 appointment, we were greeted by John. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, put us at ease (as we initially thought the place was a scam) and took his time to hear what my husband and I needed for support and comfort in our mattress.
