My mom bought me a ring from here before she passed and gave it to me as a gift for when I turned 16. The fit however, was a little too lose, and when the ring fell off, one of the precious stones fell out! My aunt and I went back to quicksilver expecting to pay for a replacement and to change the size, but the workers were extremely understanding snd friendly, and got the ring fixed and the stone replaced free of charge.
