The staff is super friendly and willing to answer any ?s you might have. Also, sign-up for points reward system. It can make a difference. The other day, I had $5 on points- hey $5 off is $5, right. Also, they have a donation center for all pets, so if you have something your pet never wore or used, please donate it for another pet who's owner might not be able to order what we can. Example, this summer I bought harnesses for our dogs & my husband bought these flank jacket harnesses w/ pockets. The must have weight 10 lbs each & big dogs in summer can over heat so I knew where I could donate them & it made me less mad at my husband for the purchase. this place is awesome, there is almost everything you can think of here with fish,dogs,cats,bids,reptiles,hamsters etc. there is a special made dog treats with a huge assortment and varieties to choose from aswell as cute and friendly shaped cookies adding! this place also provides you with in house grooming services leaving your four legged frie ds looking their best! the parking is huge so no worries on finding a spot. Nice clean plaza/outdoor mall whichever you call it. Curteous staff at all the stores I've visited and there's always plenty of Parking. It's a great plaza they have stores where you can pay all your bills and shop all in one. Definitely a great stop if in the area wanting to shop.
