This place for one had a long line in the drive-through and inside first time being here and was so excited to try what everyone else was experiencing when going here . Let’s just say for the first part everyone was all over the place there was no actual line to wait on the side after placing your order everyone was everywhere OVER PACKED SPACE ! The bathrooms are extremely nasty and wished I looked in the bathroom before anything dirty bathroom equals dirty kitchen ! Now down to the TASTE TEST ! Fries dry unseasoned. The chicken strips I order I paid for a 4pc only got 3 the diet lemonade was extremely sweet but definitely had flavor and wasn’t that bad idk if it was diet but it was ok and big size I got a large . The chicken was very dry also no flavor at all. My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and again dry fries and my son had the Mac and cheese kids meal Mac and nuggets once again whoever was back there counting needs to go back to school or take some math classes on the side cause my son was suppose to have 5 nuggets they gave him 4 so either someone can’t count or someone wanted a snack while on the clock smh either way . I HONESTLY UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY SAUCES TO CHOOSE FROM BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY FLAVOR OR WETNESS YOU WILL EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS . Because everything else has no taste and dry and the fact that I paid so much for these foods and not get the right amount of food as stated on my receipt is crazy never again I PROMISE EVEN IN A ZOMBIE Apocalypse and this place is the only thing to eat on earth I will single handed hunt down a zombie , BBQ it and enjoy the entire zombie before I ever eat from this place ever again …..P.S . Read moreThe staff and food were good. There was no wait time inside the restaurant. That's probably because everyone was in the drive through lanes which were backed up at the time I went there. The reason why they're getting a 3 star and not a five is because of the lack of cleanliness inside the restaurant. Whoever cleaned the tables must have just brushed all the previous food from the tables onto the seats in the booths and on the floor. I walked past a few tables before finally cleaning off the seats with the least mess on them. Looking around, there were food droppings at a lot of tables. The kicker was, among the food on the floor by one table, there was a long receipt. I watched as a server walked by it to serve the table next to it. On her way back to the counter, she stepped on the paper but left it sitting on the floor. I personally picked up that receipt and placed it in the garbage bin along with my garbage. Management need to stress to the staff, the importance of having a clean restaurant and going beyond in their daily routine. If that young lady had just picked up that piece of paper from the floor, this review would be so much different. Apart from that, I would definitely recommend...
Read moreMy experience at this Chick Fil A was SO bad that I not only never plan on returning to this location, but I don’t think I’m ever going to Chick Fil A again. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by staff members. I requested some extra sauce, seeing I like sauce. Instead of nicely telling me they have some stupid sauce policy, the female manager had to chime in and speak to me in an aggressive manner. She was so rude that I cried in my car, causing my food to get cold. When I finally stopped crying, I reached for my food, I was starving. I began crying again when my sauce to food ratio was unbalanced, leading it to be distasteful. Not to mention, they also forgot my french fries. It is nauseating that I use my hard earned money to buy myself food I’m not even able to enjoy the way I desire. The sad part is I could have, but the staff here refuses to keep their customers happy. It wasn’t very “my pleasure” of them. Chick Fil A has lost a very loyal customer today.
