I came in today I called ahead of time asking if they could take a look at my ring and test it because I didn't know what metal it was they said they would and when I got there they won't even test it This review was taken down somehow this was from a week ago if it is taken down again I will be reporting to the bureau a better Business

You never fully told me what it was I asked you if you could please test it and you refused then rudely walked away from me I tried to say something to you further and you would not say a single word to me maybe you should show the whole surveillance video and show the whole truth or are you too afraid to show the truth to your customers. The proper response from a professional businessman would have been could you please wait a few minutes while I take care of this customer then I will come over and help you you did neither of those what you did was very poor professionalism on your part sir I try to explain to you that I'm a metal detectorist I'm looking for someone that I can bring jewelry to as well and you wouldn't even listen to me like if I was not worth your time I ended up having that actually tested and it turns out to be 14 karat white gold you lost my business and I hope you lose many many more customers the way you...

I had asked for an estimate before I had work done on a piece of jewelry. After 3 weeks I finally went into the store to ask about the status. I was told that the jeweler was gone and wasn’t back until next week. I said that I didn’t think this was acceptable.The guy who works (owner?) there has a really nasty way about him and I always try to avoid him after watching him interact with a friend of mine who was asking about an estate diamond. She asked an informed question and he responded with “ I don’t know what you think you know about diamonds”. Punchline is that she is an estate jewelry buyer in NYC and Connecticut.i would have felt sorry for him if he wasn’t so pathetic. To be fair, the jeweler, herself, is always lovely to work with. This store is a pretty second rate place to start with (think birthstone earrings and a table of Christmas decorations at 75% off in July kind of vibe). I ended up grabbing my necklace out of his hands to get away from him and to get out of there. One final remark from him was,”oh, I know, I know you’re going to give me a bad review on social media!”. Bet he is used to that! Arrogant and abusive is a bad combination for a business person...

Fast-forward almost 7 years later, I have lost over 100 lbs, and the ring was falling off my finger, and looking quite used and dull. We brought the ring back to Charlie, he checked my ring size, and about a week later the ring was ready! Not only does it fit perfectly again, but it looks BRAND NEW, like the first day I bought it!
