Las Palmas — Restaurant in North Little Rock

I am a door dasher and I usually come to this location and have a good experience. Today, however, it was horrible. I came for the order and stood at the window. The gentleman looked at me and kept what he was doing. After 4 minutes, I called the number for the store. He answers the phone and asks me can I hold. He then puts the phone in his pocket and just walks around. He has yet to come to the window to ask me for a name or anything. It’s typically a woman working the window so I’m not sure who he is, but it has been a horrible experience. I then come inside and approached him to ask why he hasn’t come to help me after 10 minutes or even come back to the phone that he is walking around with in his pocket. He looks at me and says, “the order isn’t ready yet and will take 10 minutes.” I said I never even told you whose order I was here for, but according to my pick up time, it should have been ready 10 minutes ago but you’re saying 10 more minutes for me? He then says, let him see my phone. I showed him the phone and times and he says okay. Next thing I know, 25 seconds pass and he hands me the order. There was no reason for the delay. He just said anything to me to get me to move, but had the order ready all along. I’m beyond disappointed...

Absolute terrible service I hate to say I will never be back... not even due to that food but because of the server or manager whatever he is today at 12:42 April 24th. I suffer from ptsd and have a service dog... we came in to eat and the guy was Absolutely rude!! I dont care if your afraid or have allergies by state law I am allowed to bring my dog everywhere I go... now the guy tteated us like I had a disease because he was i guess afraid the lady that brought the food was nice and stood right next to her but the guy was rude... State law protects the dog she has legal right to be here for my needs and that fact that this is how I was treated with my family is unacceptable so if any of the owners or atiliano family care about not catching a law suit next time educate yourself on the laws about service animals treating me this way is not okay I will never come back to this place again Absolutely disgusting that this is how yall treat people... big lawsuit yall could be at risk next time with someone else i suggest educating your staff and management no reason to treat people this way he was not checking on us frequently we had to stare him down each time to even get his attention Absolutely...

We ordered 6 tacos al pastor, 2 carnitas, and 2 asada, and 2 aguas frescaa. They sell tacos individually for $4 or 3 tacos for $8 (I checked the menu in store), so assuming the tacos have to be the same kind, our meal should've cost $40 plus tax and fees ($36 if the type didn't matter), and instead it cost $56. When I tried to ask about why our meal was costing way more they said it was because they charged for each taco individually bc we "ordered them separate" (we didn't) and they were all in the same two little containers, so they literally were not separate in any sense. Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I hope they get better about not scamming other people in the future.

Edit: I didn't even mention that when I came to pick up the order we were short 2 tacos so I had to wait for them to cook 2 more tacos. When we got home we realized that 4 of our tacos came with flour tortillas when we asked for all corn, we had no lime or taco salsas, and we were missing 2 tacos al pastor and they gave us steak instead. We took it all back for a refund and the whole thing wasted like an hour and a half...
