Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in North Little Rock

I hadn't been in McCain Mall in a while, so I recently treated myself to an afternoon trip there. It has been a long time since I had time to just browse, relaxed in VS & Pink. When I saw the sign about the fragrances I was drawn in to see what was new! I was very glad that I did! They have the fragrances of Bare and Bare Rose, both are very nice, delicate, not over powering. Bare is one of those parfums that reacts with your own body to smell different on every one. Both are available in 2 sizes, 1.7oz. and 3.4oz., as well as Body Mists and Body Lotions. You can also get both in Travel size Mists and in purse size Parfum Sprays. There are several Summer Body Mists with matching Body Cremes. They all have wonderful vacay vibes of Sun, Sand, Surf, Tropical Fruits and Tropical Flowers... and names that I can't recall, but I DID TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES!! There's a wonderful new Parfum, in the colors of Miami's South Beach Art Deco architecture!! It's called Bombshell Escape, and it is exactly a Vacation Escape in a bottle. The waving 🌴 Palm branches, the sun, the sandy beach, 🏖️ the white capped 🌊 waves breaking on the shore, every thing that means Summer, practically pours out of the box when you open it! The gorgeous bottle is the color of the Watermelon Tourmaline, a lovely shade of pale pink on top and pale green on the bottom. It is an image of Miami. The customer service that I received while purchasing was great, however, the bra that I purchased did not work with the dress that I intended on wearing it with, so I unfortunately had to return the bra back to the store.

Now, according to the website it states that you may return an item that you purchased in store as long as you have the original receipt and return the item within 90 days of our purchase, and the original tags are attached to the article, and if you do all of these things you will receive a refund in the same form that you paid with. I had the original receipt, my original form of payment, and I returned the bra within 20 hours of purchasing it, but the cashier said that she could only give me a merchandise card, which is not at all what I wanted or what the website suggested.

The website and the employees in the store need to be consistent. I’m just a little disappointed because unfortunately none of the bras at Victoria Secret work with the dress that I am planning to wear to a wedding, so I have to spend money elsewhere, when I could have taken the money from VS to another location, but I was only able to leave with a merchandise card that is of no use to me...

The woman was nice... I've always bought panties, spritz, and makeup from here, but never my bras... well I finally did and this woman (in known it's her job and she was nice)... she measured me for a bra and said oh you need a D (theres no way I have small boobs and normally wear a b or c in other brands...) well then I try it on and she comes and looks I think it fits (it's a push up and supposed to ya know pushhhh you up!? ) Well she says nope you need a dd.... I said what why? She said your boobs arent supposed to have cleavage like that, the bra is meant to cover... no it's a push up... but she insisted and kept following me... even when I went to the other side to find things on my own. It made me super uncomfortable and made me feel pressured to just buy and get the hell outta there... now I have 2 bras that are too big... smh what do I do now?? My husband loves them... says they look great... but to me a dang push up is supposed to make you push up and feel sexy... I feel like it's cute under clothes and makes me look flat otherwise. Itll probably be the last time I ever buy bras here for that reason alone... sooo...
