I only have nice things to say about Elite Home. They have quality fine furniture, so beautiful that the pieces look like art: dining tables with Murano glass, fabrics of a quality that I have not seen anywhere else, the list is endless. They treat every customer like a VIP, going above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. They rank at the top of my list for customer service, one of the best I have experienced.

From the time that I first contacted Inna, I realized I was dealing with a true professional. She patiently answered all my questions (many!), helped me navigate through all the choices, and together we worked out a great design. She is kind, patient, and helpful. Truly wonderful! I don’t have enough words to thank her. I hire people for a living and, in my opinion, she is the manager that has displayed the best understanding of what quality customer service is.

I also had the pleasure to meet Vladimir, the owner. He is also very kind and down to earth. I took my 4-year old son with me to the store and instead of being concerned about any of the valuable items that they have been broken, he was friendly: my son even grabbed him by the hand to go play!
