Flowers and Services — Local services in North Miami Beach

I recently visited to purchase some roses and a vase for a special occasion. While the quality of the flowers was impeccable, my experience with one of the staff members, Rafael, left much to be desired.

Upon purchasing the vase and roses, I specifically requested Rafael to cut the flowers to fit the vase for a short arrangement. However, upon reaching home and opening the flowers, I was disappointed to find that Rafael had cut them down to the bud, rendering them unusable for the intended arrangement.

Returning to the store, I was assisted by another gentleman with long black hair, who immediately understood the issue and offered to exchange the flowers. However, when Rafael was brought to address the situation, his response was surprisingly dismissive and lacked accountability. His comment, "that’s why we tell clients to cut flowers at home," showed a lack of empathy for his mistake and left me dumbfounded.

It's disheartening that someone working at a flower shop, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction should be paramount, failed to meet these expectations. I am grateful to the gentleman with the long black hair for rectifying the situation, but it's unfortunate that Rafael's lack of accountability marred an otherwise positive experience.

Overall, while the quality of the flowers at Flower and Services is commendable, potential customers should be aware of the inconsistency in service quality when dealing with certain staff members...

Where do I start. What a wonderful, place to buy, individual flowers, and arrangements, and orchids, etc etc etc. Management is amazing. Customer care top of the line. Super super clean. Beautiful inside. Eye candy. Nice and cold. Of course it smells great in there. We went there today, to buy an arrangement, for a funeral. Service was quick. They have delivery service as well. Wheelchair access. Disability available for restaurants. Lots of parking in the rear. Bottom line, had a wonderful experience, considering the reason why I had to go there today. They sell, two dozen roses, for $11.99 All year round. I take my hat off, to the owners come of this establishment. You are a wonderful, addition, to the city of North Miami. The absolute gold standard for flowers. WARNING: DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL OVERSPEND AND LOOSE OUT. This place has the best staff, quality, and prices. What can be purchased at other places including common supermarkets like Publix and Whole Foods Market can be bought here for less than HALF the price and DOUBLE or TRIPLE the QUALITY. I just purchased a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers and hydrangeas for less than $10 yesterday! That's right folks! You can purchase beautiful gorgeous huge amounts of FRESH flowers and plants that smell out of this world for less than $10! This is my only flower shop to go to for any occasion.
