If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered from this location via Uber Eats. I ordered 2 meals, extra chicken, 3 curry mustard's per meal and a side of plantains. When the order arrived the extra chicken was pink (under cooked), the plantains wet burnt and dry and there was a total of 2 curry mustard. I contacted the store and asked for the manager, spoke with a man named Victor which I’ve had previous horrible experiences with, he lacks professionalism, respect and has NO customer service skills. I truly DON’T understand how this man is a manager. When I called and explained what I received his response was in a defensive tone and combative, he proceeds to tell me there are no notes (which I have pictures of the receipt from Chicken Kitchen) where it clearly shows my request. He then basically calls me a liar by saying I’m the only person to complain today. He also told me to drive myself there, well Victor, had i been able to drive there then I wouldn’t have ordered through Uber Eats in the first place. Every encounter I’ve had with Victor has ALWAYS been unpleasant!! So basically I threw away $20+ and couldn’t eat or feed my child this under cooked chicken. This man should NOT be a manager! The owner of this location needs to read all these reviews, I’m NOT the only one with complaints about Victor (or as some who don’t know his name have referenced him as rude male manager, unprofessional manager, etc) this location will continue to lose business because of this man, open up your eyes, get a...
Read moreI'm sorry to say that this place has really gone down. I don't eat here often because I generally feel like you get a better value at Chipotle. A few nights ago I tried it again. The amount of food you get has gotten smaller. They were out of pita bread and didn't even say anything. Once I asked for it the owner simply said we can't get it from our supplier very flat and plainly with no apology nor offer of a substitute nor discount. I added a coke. The plastic cup was so cheap and flimsy. As I had ordered take out, I asked for a lid (why would I need to ask for that). The only lids they had did not fit the cup. I had to drive home hoping not to spill my soda. Bright side? The brownies are still delicious. I'm sure I won't visit this place for a very long time again. Customer service is a real thing. I can understand a shortage of supplies however greeting your customers with a pleasant and genuine smile is free. Mentioning that you are having challenges and can't provide the elements of the normal meal is something that could be explained. Perhaps offering a substitute or a discount could show your customers that you care. Lastly I won't fail to mention that the prices have gone up while the food amount has gone down. There was one person dining in, one pickup order plus myself. If this place doesn't get it together it may become a thing...
Read moreThis is the closest Chicken Kitchen to me, so I’ve had no choice but to come here regularly, but I’m officially done. The staff is consistently miserable, rude, and unprofessional. Every time I try to explain my order (which isn’t complicated), I’m met with eye rolls, attitude, and blatant disrespect. One time, a man behind the counter actually started waving around the large chicken knife and mimed slitting his own throat because he was annoyed with my order. Completely inappropriate and disturbing.
I always speak politely, yet I’m treated like an inconvenience. I’ve gotten to the point where I have to bring my boyfriend with me just so he can order in Spanish, therwise, they act like I’m the problem and get visibly annoyed that I’m speaking English. It’s ridiculous. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service.
Oh and don’t get me started on the fact that they just began charging for chicken skin?? Which is a part of the chicken?? I hate going here, but it’s the only location nearby. The experience is miserable every...
