KFC — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

I am so disgusted with this KFC! We went there last night around 10:30. The first issue, they have no white meat. My husband was disappointed but said ok, he'll take legs and thighs. We get to the window and pay. The girl gives us our drinks and says there's a wait for my chicken tenders. Instead of telling us to pull forward, she tells us to back up!! My husband and I both look at each other very confused. We're the only people in line. Why do we need to back up and pull back up in 3 minutes! We'll more than 3 minutes pass. we pull back up and wait. Then she brings us our food. She closes the window and walks off. We checked our bag and realized we didn't ask for ketchup, so we had to honk to get her attention. She opened the window and gave us ketchup. All good, so we thought, and at this point, another car pulls up. So we continue to exit out of the line. And Bam, the delivery truck is blocking the exit, and the delivery guy is telling us to back up! HTF are we supposed to do that if someone is behind us. The KFC employee in the kitchen is yelling at us to back up and then starts laughing! At this point, I'm already pissed AF. The delivery guy comes to our window and says he doesn't know why the girl at the window didn't tell us to back out. We told him it was someone behind us. As stupid as this whole situation sounds. Why would the delivery truck block the drive thru when the restaurant is still open? What if there were tons of cars behind us??? So the other car backs out, then us. We get to our room, my husband opens the box, and they gave him only legs, no thighs. He was pissed then. Oh, but it gets worse. Today, we get ready to go out to enjoy the rest of our vacation. I switch purses and can't find my debit card. Needless to say, they kept it and charged another transaction on my card. So now, I have no debit card for the rest of my trip! Worst place ever, and I recommend going to another...

I always love me some KFC and who doesn't but this time i was a little disappointed with this location Don't get me wrong KFC in general is one of my favorite fast food joints but this day this location was less than delicious on this day and time i went through the drive thru the service was great friendly and prompt I ordered for 2 a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a 2 piece breast combo with 2 sides to start the Chicken seemed to be fried in some very old used oil i noticed this right after i went on my way home i had to open my windows to my car to let the smell out then after getting home hungry and eager to munch the chicken looked like it had been cooked twice maybe to reheat it and not only that the chicken was so dry brown and so overcooked that i was not even able it what a waste of my 21 dollars now don't get me wrong I'm not one to complain but this time I had to say something i hope my comment doesn't insult but taken as a way to improve and to maintain a standard in quality thanks for hearing me out Peace and Love to you and...

Just rude uneducated employees. I purchased chicken popcorn, was disgustingly salty, even the manager over the phone confirmed that they have been complaining to their distributor about the salt, he said tenders are less salty, so I went to exchange and this one uneducated Latina made a comment saying I got it at 12 and its 6 now? I said yeah ? I was at school? So? The other one had a nerv to tell me that half is gone... So? Just because she is low class and takes advantage of returns doesn't mean everyone else does! I made a sandwich earlier and put the pop corn in it, should I have picked it out and put it back in the box? I mean just a bunch or rude people, I felt sick looking at their faces and I said just keep it I don't need to exchange to anything. What did they achieve? Won $4 on the pop corn and lost a client?
