Lucky's Muay Thai — Local services in North Miami Beach

My husband and I came to Hallendale, Fl from NYC for a month looking for a place to train. I had not trained in few years and considered myself a novice; whereas my husband was very advanced and had a few smokers under his belt. We chose Lucky's Muay Thai. The facility was clean, they followed covid regulations and classes were small. The coaches are knowledgeable and teach tenique as well as their own philosophies on fighting.

Classes range from beginner to advanced and sparring. Definitely expect to sweat and train hard. Lucky's also offers private lessons for those who want extra attention or don't feel comfortable in group class settings. The students are friendly and everyone is there to learn and progress. We bought an unlimited for a month we well as privates through the promo. Classes range from bag work, conditioning and technique, to pads and light sparring.

I moved out to the West coast a while back and started training in traditional Muay Thai. After a few years of not being able to find any Kru Gyms that were near my area and lots of frustration getting weird kick boxing lessons or MMA lessons I finally had found the place to go. Lucky's Muay Thai is the place to go if you want to train in the traditional style. Dont get me wrong, lucky is not old fashioned (to a certain extent) all of the coaches there are knowledgable and very friendly. Lucky has built his empire from scratch and this alone tells you how much he's dedicated to the sport. You want some good coaching for smokers, go to lucky, you wanna loose weight and feel great! Go to lucky. You wanna kick it and crack jokes, this is the place.

Lucky is the best teacher I've ever had. I've never met someone who actually cares so much about their students and invests his time and energy into people the way he does. He taught me an incredible amount in such a short time and pushed me further than I ever would have gone. I had to move to California so I can't train with him any longer but I still think about training under him and how much he positively impacted my life. I walked in with NO EXPERIENCE and he moved me YEARS ahead of where anyone else could in a very short time. I recommend him for people of all experience levels.
