I originally went to Zales and decided to come to Kay’s while we were on vacation. Tiffany greeted us. She was beyond accommodating and patient. We tried on multiple rings. We were looking for a new wrap for my ten year wedding anniversary. After looking at new rings, I decided that would be a better option. Tiffany started with us from scratch to find the ring i absolutely loved. She was not pushy at all and honestly it was so much fun trying on different rings. I wanted to think on it a few days and we happened to go by the other Kay’s outlet. I didn’t have the same experience there and I actually called Tiffany when we left. we drove back to her Kay’s outlet and we looked at more options. We had to go back home early today and we are going to call Tiffany when we are ready to buy the ring. We have made plans already for November to come back to this outlet and buy new bands to go with the ring. Tiffany was so accommodating I don’t want to buy jewlery from anyone else. I visited this location on September 27 with my good friend. She was taking me for my first time to look at engagement rings to see what I would like and what my preferences would be. There were two employees in there one midaged Caucasian woman, and a younger African-American woman. When we walked in we were greeted, but barely looked at by the caucasian woman. She asked what she could help us with. We let her know we were looking for engagement rings. She pointed down to the area where the engagement rings would be, all while NEVER looking up from her phone. She asked us one last question “so we are here to play then?” My friend quickly replied “we will be back” and we left. Poor customer service and if my friend had not pulled us out when she did it would have ruined my first ring shopping experience. We continued on to Jared in this outlet. While on my honeymoon stopped in just to peak at there selection and for a possible birthday gift. The store manager Tiffany Evans was delightful, pleasant and really gave us a beautiful experience. She helped us pick out a new set for me, gave us suggestions and ideas on the rings. She even helped pick out the perfect one. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise as well. Her energy was great beautiful smile. I live out of state so her helping us and putting our minds at ease was a blessing in disguise. If I ever need another piece of jewelry and I'm in myrtle beach again I will definitely be returning asking for her. More businesses need more people like her working and running there establishment.
