The manager was rude and condescending. I purchased a backpack handbag, used it once did not like it since it is very cumbersome to clasp and unclasp. I was NEVER informed that returns are not accepted. Had I known this, I most likely would not have taken tags off or used it. Sooo buyer beware!!
