Walked in yesterday and was greeted by a young man with dark curly hair, when we asked about getting our daughters bottom lobes pierced with a piercing gun he stated the piercing earrings start at $35 and are different prices. He also stated there is a $30 fee to pierce, I stopped him right there and told him the piercing was free with the purchase of piercing earrings per the website and confirmation via chat with a rep on the companies website. He just looked dumbfounded when I told my wife and daughter to let's go somewhere else. The women over at Claire's were eager to pierce her ears, and guess what? They didnt lie. Every word they stated about pricing was exactly what the website stated. I Wouldn't doubt this place looses a lot of business. You really shouldn't lie whenever people can just pull up the policy on the companies...

Let me say I have been to lot of piercing studios, tattoo/piercings shops and this is by far my favorite place. Tiffany was so educational and very educated about how to care for my little girl's pierced ears. My daughter had her ears pierced when she was younger and stretched and eventually ripped them out. She cover those holes amd made new holes. She did such a great job that you can't even see her holes from when she was a baby. If you are near Tanger Oulets in Myrtle Beacj please go here. I promise you will not be disappointed. My Ella was so scared and nervous to behin with and Tiffany made her feel so good about it she didn't even flinch when she got them pierced. She was so happy with them and Tiffany that pierced them. Love me some Tiffany!!...

I brought my 10 yr old to this location and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time. Rachel helped us out while we were there and showed my daughter all the different options Banter has in store. My daughter can only wear certain metals so finding out she had a store full of safe options was a huge relief for me. Rachel helped her pick out the perfect pair of dainty dangling heart earrings. We even found out that they make custom name jewelry so I’ll be able to have a necklace made for my little; We’ve never found her name before.
