Please train all associates in customer service. I went in for a simple exchange, got nothing but attitude from the male associate (didn't get his name, no name tag). The other female associate walked passed us twice with no communication or greeting. I guess she was too busy trying on jackets for herself since the security censors were still attached to the item she was wearing .Male associate walks to back room to "check inventory" 30seconds later comes out with a "No" answer and a blank stare. A great employee with customer service skills would have searched the sales floor (which he didn't even look) , figured out a solution to the problem , and be apologetic to the customer. I called the store spoke with Paul and he told me that a medium would be coming in on Thursday but that the deal I saw it for (60%) might not be the same. I offered to come in and buy it at 60% off that day and exchange it on Thursday. He called me back and told me that they would give me the 60% on Thursday when I came back. I went back today and although Paul was not in the store. Brendan knew exactly what Paul had promised me !
