Worse customer service ever. I was there today with my family, the cook went to the bathroom and a young Hispanic male came to the register ( with a very unfriendly face) and told us he can only take my order for fries and soda and the cook can take a very long time to come back and have our order ready. After we insisted he took our order; the cook came back in 12min and the Hispanic male ( who didn’t have a properly badge with this name) started gossiping for a while before starting to prepare my food. Visited here today and I was kinda shocked how decent the food taste. Usually when you eat at an outlet food court you're making a gamble - your experience could go either way. The cheesesteak, fries and lemonade was suprisingly delecious however the staff could be a little more friendly. It seemed like the females had little petty attitudes when you asked for something. That I could live without. They could also have 1 or 2 people responsible for making fries and refilling drinks. It would speed up the orders and make them...

This place is a Joke. Expensive to the max. Poor Service and Bad Attitude. You ask for a combo you get everything separate and more money. I order 4 combos, I paid $60. We ask for Sprite we got Orange Soda. The problem with this , is lack of training and lack of supervision from a manager. No gloves while serving food. They need to re-trained everyone or re-hire...
