I am editing my review. I reached out to the company and was extremely satisfied with the response. Obviously, this person that I dealt with is not the type of customer service they expect. I am changing my review to 3 stars. If you encounter unpleasant behavior at this location, I would ask to see a manager. Hopefully this will get fixed if enough people complain. Very disappointed. They bring you in with offers of free samples. After we bought $30 of fudge, my mom wanted a sample. She asked for a sample of something that you can't sample but didn't realize it. The lady was extremely rude and did not offer her to sample the fudge. Will never return. I wish I had got her name. Quincea rang us up but it was another one working with her today 7/10. The guy making the fudge seemed friendly. Also when we got home with our $30 fudge it was hard as a rock. So sad. She acted as if we had to know what we wanted immediately upon arrival. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Then my mom wanted to pay cash and handed her a $50. She refused to accept the cash and said āIs that all youāve got?ā Then she said she was not allowed to give anymore change than $20. Very rude and inconsiderate. Fudgery should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a rude employee to work in their store. A very major turn off. Probably will not be back.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was quite disappointed in this place. I came in there to get an praline pecan ice cream with waffle cone and fudge. Everything was all over the place and the staff is unfriendly and rude. When started singing in the middle of serving because I guess she was annoyed with one of the customers. After waiting some time and observing two to three customers returning for cups for their waffle cones. I ended up walking out the store and not purchasing anything when I realize how chaotic everything was. The Cones were not made properly and began to drip as soon as customers walked out the store. It smells amazing in there so I'm sure it would have been great but I couldn't get past the poor customer service...
