Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in North Myrtle Beach

Came into the store for some new polos for golfing and to look around. (was not greeted and all the employees were standing at the front talking and laughing) My husband and I were in the tall section and a heavy set African woman was eyeing us the whole time (other employees were also eyeing us) She walked by and made a snarky remote. We dropped everything and left after that. Overall the vibe I got there is if you aren’t dressed like you have money than your looked down upon.. Your employees need a rein check, we had plenty of money that we were planning on spending but simply because we were in a beach t shirt and bathing suit bottoms (about to go to the beach) we were treated poorly. My shopping experience today at this location was phenomenal.The sales associate Cepheria was extremely kind, patient and helpful. Sometimes the discounts can be a bit confusing.Cepheria took the time to explain my options in regards to the discounts available to me. That in itself was priceless but then she stepped up her game even higher and made herself available to check me out at the register. If that's not the best example of a sales associate being attentive to a customer then I don't know what it is. I would highly recommend...

The workers here at this store where rude and to be honest we felt like we were discriminated. My 2 older kids didn't have mask but me and my other two kids did and almost everybody in the store half of them didn't had a mask but they didn't tell them to where Mask. they told us to get out because we didn't had a mask. I told the guy why kicking us out he said for not wearing a mask. But alot of people in the store didn't had NOOOOO MASK AT ALL. THEY WEREN'T KICK OUT AT ALL. I JUST WANTED TO SHOP FOR MY KIDS...
