Five Guys — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

There is not another place that can even cone close to 5 GUYS 🍔 & 🍟 & when ever possible i go have a 🍔 & 🍟 & i make sure my 🍟 are cover & coverd with CAJUN SEASONING & VINEGAR then shake the bag over & over but a veteran move that i learned is make sure you double bag your 🍟 cuz when you pour on the vinegar & season the bag gets soggy & will rip, & believe me its happened where im walking out the restaurant & my bag rip & all friws were in a puddle outside the store on a rainy day so if you cant get a plastic bag make surw your DOUBLED OR if ypur like we & overdose on vinegar maybe even yriple bag...... The only place that even comes close is WAHLBURGERS which we have one here in Myrtle Beach..... The only thing i would ask of the OWNERS OF 5 GUYS IS CAN YOU PLEASE LOWER THE COST? IF IT WAS A LITTLE LOWER I WOULD BE A 3x a WEEK CUSTOMER WITH MY DAD BUT AT YOUR PRICES WE CAN ONLY GO AT THE VERY VERY MOST 1x a MONTH IF WE ARE LUCKY WHICH I HATE THAT WE CAN ONLY GO SO LITTLE & 2B HONEST ITS NOT EVEN REALLY 1x a MONTH BECAUSE THERE IS TIMES WE WANT TO GO BUT JUST CANT AFFORD IT & IF A FATHER & SON WHO ARE BOTH GROWN THINK THAT IMAGINE HOW IT IS FOR A YOUNG FAMILY THAT HAS 3+KIDS.....NOWAY CAN A WORKING FAMILY WALK INTO 5 GUYS WITH THEIR KIDS TO HAVE A MEAL CUZ IT WILL BE OVER 50 OR 60 DOLLATS & IF THEY CAN GO TO MCDONALD'S & FILL EVERYBODY & HAVE DESSERT FOR UNDER $30 THTHATS THE CHOICE THEY WILL GO FOR.... SO, YOUR FOOD IS TOP KNOTCH A+++ THERE IS NO ARGUMENT THERE BUT THE PRICE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED...... LOVE...

I would give this place a zero if I could. It took them forever, and they left part of our food out. They served 4 others before giving us the hotdogs they left out. Then when I went to eat my burger, they had put mushrooms on it. It's a good damn thing that I'm not allergic to them because the people stood their like they didn't understand me when I went to complain. If I wanted mushrooms, I would have ordered them. They didn't offer to fix another one either. Someone is going to have allergic reaction here and end up owning the place. While we were here, several more people come up to complain about wrong or missing items. Someone better get this place straightened out. My family will...

This was the five guys in Myrtle beach, SC. There was a young man standing by the fries, while another young man was making milk shakes. He asked the lady in front of me if she had been helped. She said yes. Then he walked off ! He went and filled a cup with soda and went to adjust the music! Then he came back to stand by the fries. Finally the other young man finished making milk shakes and took my order. He was very nice. I ordered 2 grill cheese sandwiches. But the cheese was not melted- took them back. They replaced them...
