I went in this store, and made a comment asking why they sell Donald Trump hats. The manager behind the counter told me that it is because he is cleaning up America. He kept badgering me asking me if I wanted to buy one, and I told him clearly that I was not fan of our racist president. He called me an F-ing piece of S**T, threw my paperwork at me, after I spent $2,400 on a trailer, and told me to get the F out. I had at some point in the discussion said I wanted to return the trailer, which I had not even take, and they told me I would not get a full refund and to get the F out and threw all the papers at me and they went all over the floor. It is funny that there were three latinos buying trailers in the place while I was there, so they do not mind their money, but don't want them dirtying up America. I guess racism is alive and well in America, dirty long haired hippy seemed to have no problem swearing at me, refusing a refund, and throwing me out. I was surprised he was the manager as he acted like an angry dry drunk or ex drug addict, and he is a good reminder of the ignorance...

I ordered a Rugged Liner bed liner for my new truck. During the install they had issues with install. I was present and told them to make sure it was the correct part. Before checking they went ahead and cut a rectangular hole in one corner to accommodate a bed hook. The bed liner still did not fit properly bowing in the middle causing the tailgate with liner cover installed was not able to close. I had to come back to see owner Andy. I told him the liner wasn’t fitting properly and requested refund. He would not refund money and offered store credit being there was a hole in liner. They installed and cut hole. The product has a warranty. I agreed to his good faith warranty store credit but he retracted it saying the hole was an issue. He also stated he would call me back. It’s going on several weeks and he hasn’t returned call. I have made a call to the store but get the run around. Why have store policy and warranty if you’re not going to honor them. i bought a dump bed insert from them last season told me it would take a day to install,4 days later i got truck back. 3 month later insert it gets loose causing tail lights to break,on top of that it was leaking fluid. I called them to notify the problem they said bring it in when i was free ,i told them we use truck every day and would have to wait, i welded bed in place so it didnt move, this got me threw my season. I then took the truck to them to fix what was wrong , an hour later they called and said, couldnt find leak after cleaning of hydraulic fluid off of the hose and container but they did find bolts loose and tightened them. they had a bill for 68.00 to trouble shoot bed still leaking and demanded payment. after i paid them i went to fdr hitches ,they fixed the leak .should have gone there first very bad company to deal with bad business wouldnt go back again .read...
