I gave 3 stars just based on my two times of being there. The first time my mom and I was there we was looking at some Hey Dudes due to me having surgery on both feet I could not do tight sneakers or shoes with any laces. We found some in corner by entrance. Was not a whole lot to choose from but we did find a pair each. I even went to men's area of Hey Dudes cause they had more of a selection. The young lady checked on us several times. We go to check out and in the middle of floor there is whole display of Hey Dudes in woman's. My mother and I was just baffled on why she wouldn't have told us about more options with display. With the many times she checked on us.. They was gonna close so we didn't have time to look. My mother and I went back because I wanted more then just one pair. The younger gal was helpful and took our shoes to register. Did not know owner was gonna check us out. So I was under impression the gal may have said there are some sat to the side. My mother got her 3 pairs. I get home and was showing my daughter what I had got. To one see two boxes. The black pair I needed for next day at work were not in bag. I called mom to see if maybe they was in her bag. Nope. It was only black pair left in my size. So my mom called next day cause I was at work when they opened. Luckily they was there. Sadly it was last thing I wanted to do when I was off cause it was snowing so bad. I go in and they are not at register. Another worker had put em back on sales floor. Thank goodness they was not bought. The owner did apologize which I can appreciate. With only a fraction of the shoes having labeled prices I was trying to look at the back wall to find a shoe I liked at what I wanted to spend. Their employee Will apparently had a problem with that and told me I couldn't be doing that. So I left. Don’t usually have what you need but always want to order it in but if it doesn’t fit you are screwed. Same answer 11 years running now.
