I wish I could give this a lower rating. My group ordered the catering for our get together. We had to order a minimum order for 10 people, at $10.50 per person before tax. when we opened everything up and saw the amount of food that they provided, we were extremely disappointed. When I am paying that dollar amount at a Qdoba, as an individual, I can easily get at least half as much more food. They were extremely inflexible when it came to requesting a vegetarian catering menu, telling us that we could sub out the chicken that comes with what we ordered for additional fajita veggies, but only half as much more. When we called them to complain, they made some sort of excuse, saying that everything is measured out by electronic scale. Qdoba corporate really needs to examine the proportions that are provided on a catering menu. I have never been so dissatisfied with my meal before. To top it off, the food was of poor quality, and haphazardly packaged within the containers.
The only reason I am giving two stars, instead of one, is that the quality of customer service when I picked up the food was exceptional. Frankly, I would rather have terrible customer service and good food with acceptable meal size proportions then what I received. Needless to say, we will not be returning with our business.
If you are looking for decent catering, go...
Read moreI've gone there three times for the cauliflower mash and they were out of it every time. Last night they were out of the cauliflower, chicken, and tortilla chips, and it was only around 6:00. They literally had nothing I went there for. The cashier moved very slowly like he didn't care that people were waiting in line for 1/2 hour. I had to order something I didn't really want because they were out of everything and we waited too long to just leave. After they fixed my food, they had no containers to put it in and it sat on the counter for about 5 minutes while the cashier strolled around looking for containers and finally went to the back to get more. Then I had to ask them to wipe off the cheese that was dripping down the side of my queso container. The food was cold before we even left the restaurant. The last time we were there, it was about 7:15 and they were already putting food away and taking the line apart to clean everything even though they don't close until 8. They had to get food back out and acted like we were an inconvenience, didn't speak to us, looked impatient, and just made it clear that they didn't want to be bothered. This place has really gone downhill. They stopped carrying some ingredients I always got, like bbq sauce and cilantro. They used to have a good staff. I don't know...
Read moreGotta say I don't usually like Qdoba but this is where my family wanted to go on the road trip through north platte. So I hesitantly agreed....It was great!!! Ingedients were actually fresh. Veggie burrito good salsa, lettuce, black beans, non greasy grilled peppers and onions, Guacamole!!! Queso!!! No spice however, zero heat factor regarding spice level. None. I would call this American Nebraskan not Mexican!! The kid blond hair, tall june 30 7pm and who rolled, made the burrito folds it so well!! Fits it all in mess free. Wow. He had it down. No globs in one spot bite. Evenly spaced ingredients. Rolled perfect. The cashier was friendly. She even cleaned up the employee kids messes while waiting to ring up. I hope they wash their hands. Gross to think about when 4 people handle your food. They were slammed busy, line out the door but it was fast and efficient team. The music was too loud so we sat outside. A lot of tables outside but an annoying untrained loud abnoxious dog with its owners who were sitting smack middle table right next to the door was barking and running on long leash in the gated dining area. They later got into a Uhaul. Management should have told them to sit at an end table or in bavk corner...
