I recently got a piercing done by Miami and although I wasn't initially satisfied with the position, she was incredibly understanding and offered to redo it for free the next day. Her calm demeanor and attentiveness made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She's very knowledgeable and maintains a clean environment. I also appreciate her prompt responses to messages, ensuring that I was completely happy with the outcome. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Miami for anyone looking for a skilled and caring piercer. Miami also offers the option to order jewelry, which is a great convenience. Additionally, I had a unique piercing in mind that hasn't been done often (hidden helix, the dangly jewelry at the top of my ear), and she was genuinely happy to make my wish come true. This is the 3rd time Miami has done a piercing for me and I am very pleased. I got a custom place snug piercing (lower ear piercing) and we talked before about what placement would fit my anatomy. She marked my ear where the photo I brought showed and then she marked where she felt it would work best for my ear and the other piercings I already have. Session went amazing and I had very little pain. She made sure it ask me how it felt in comparison to my other piercings and also wouldn't let me leave till my ear was no longer bleeding. Will continue to see her for piercings in the future due to her professional manner and extensive knowledge of piercings and medical needs. Miami pierced my industrial. She was extremely professional and very polite. She gave me awareness of her every step by letting me know verbally what she was doing, “going through the first hole now.” She was very great with instructions, “breathe 1,2,3 poke.”

My biggest fear about getting a piercing is aftercare and Miami made sure to give me a saline solution bottle before I left and clear instructions on how to take care of my piercing and a timeline of how it will heal. Miami also gave me information about Keloids and informed me that I can reach out at anytime if I need help with anything or have any questions.
