Purchased a Sigma guitar, which I was told was a subsidiary of Martin this was Saturday. On Monday wanted to return because the strings were to big and hurt my fingers. I was told to “suck it up” even after I told them I wanted to return for a different guitar. Anyway, on Monday I went to another guitar store where I wanted them to restring the guitar. I was told that restringing the guitar would be a waste of money since it was warped, the strings were raised to far above the fret board that’s why it was causing me pain and their was an issue with the bridge. I ended up having to spend more money on a new guitar. Satisfied with the new guitar purchased from a different store. Just a side note. Sigma guitars made after 2007 and doesn’t possess the Martin stamp on the guitar are not made, authorized or approved by Martin guitars. This bit of information I got when I called Martin guitars in Pennsylvania. So the guitar I was sold was a knock off brand manufactured in Indonesia even tho I was told it was authentic. Also, it couldn’t have been a new guitar since it was warped. So upset I wasted 283.00 on garbage. Will never do...

Scott does incredible professional work and he is very passionate about the end result. I brought in a T-style three pickup guitar I built from Warmoth and Seymour Duncan parts. The new neck I installed had 4-5 high fret areas causing unwanted fret buzz at the action I desired. I suggested spot leveling and Scott recommended a complete fret level and setup. I instructed Scott i want the action to be .060 to .050 low to high and relief at .005-.006 which he thought what very aggressive but said he will do his best. I picked up the guitar and the playability was perfect....the guitar neck fingerboard feels like "butter"! Pricing was extremely reasonable and Scott can really dial it in; the guitar practically play itself. I have a couple of more guitars on deck.
