Normally I have little problems at Taco Bell in general, however, this location always seems to be a headache. Today I had a poor experience, and while I have patience and forgiveness for people in the hospitality field, there was no good excuse for the experience today. This particular location is a hybrid KFC and Taco Bell, and right now with covid-19 is drive-thru only. when I went up to the drive-thru I asked for a Taco Bell number 6 so that I would be clear as to which restaurant I was ordering food from. At first the cashier was pleasant and she came back and said ok a T6, initially this confused me because it sounded like she said cheese sticks, so I clarified politely that I was interested in a Taco Bell combo 6 (for reference the menus do not refer to the combos with a T, only a number). At this point the cashier instantly snapped and became aggressive and rude. Before I could finish clarifying that I had wanted a Taco Bell number 6 and not an order of cheese sticks she loudly overspoke me and told me that's what she said and started harshly annunciating T6 over the speaker. I tried to politely tell her that I miss heard her over the speaker and it sounded like something different yet she continued to loudly over speak me and be rude reiterating that was what she had said. Now I can appreciate that fast food can be a busy and stressful job at times, however, with no lobby business and me being the single and only customer in the Drive-Thru, I highly doubt she was having an overworked stressful crazy retail fast food day. The saddest part for me was that it appeared she was a manager when I got up to the window. Epic fail. If you can't give service with a smile, perhaps it's time for a career change. Read moreCan't seem to get orders right...all i got was a steak chalupa box, with no tomato, and black beans instead of refried beans...got tomatoes on everything and refried beans...and somehow the cinnamon twists were chewy...had to get back into the long line to get it fixed because my gf also dodnt get a fork or spoon kr straw for her kfc order but hers was fine other than mine...but cant mess up chicken that bad...finally get a new half a box instead of a new one so had to throw out the soft taco since it was covered in tomatoes... and cinnamon twists...got the new one barley had any steak on it...and still refried beans on the burrito and my drink tasted odd wont be returning till atleast you can go inside to fix...

Unfortunately once you get in line at the drive-thru there is no way for you to get out so we were stuck and then once we got up to the window the young lady who was working the window with the blonde hair was very pleasant but the young lady who took our order was very unpleasant and the manager looked at us and told us that we had to be considerate because she was working with 17 year olds. this is all after waiting 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant. it was terrible if I could give a zero star's I would.
