Updated review 10/20/2024 Took a ride out to my now favorite dispensary today. I love Surterra sales, which are all the time and today had exactly what I was looking for. Some of my favorite strains of bud at a price I couldn’t beat anywhere else. Like every dispensary they have their hits and misses when it comes to products but I’ve found what I like here and it has been honestly most everything that I’ve tried recently. On my first and only delivery, the Florida medical cannabis market was very different and Surterra products in 2018 were not great. Today is a different story. Really nice flower that’s well grown and cured right and always smokes smooth. Even the ones I haven’t cared for were still good. I love their RSO and even though I’m not a fan of carts, their full spectrum carts are always really tasty with nice lasting effects. Now the best thing about this location is the staff. I feel awful that I can’t remember the two young ladies names from today but I recognize them from multiple visits there and they are always so friendly, helpful and make purchasing there an experience. I had a recent birthday and they made me feel like I was leaving my own birthday party when I was walking out today. They both added a whole lot of sunshine to my day today. Great buds and great staff. Y’all made my day!

Old Review: I went to Surterra today to take advantage of a first time discount so I made a pretty good sized order. Got there. Waited for just a few minutes before being called back to the counter. I made sure to ask about my first time discount. Apparently this wasn't my first time going to Surterra. ☹️ I was a little confused so I asked when I was last there and apparently I'd had a delivery back in October of 2019. I was a little bummed. I didn't remember the delivery and was really looking forward to that discount. Then I was informed there was a second time discount of 40%! While it wasn't as exciting as 60%, who am I to turn my nose up to a fat discount? So as I was driving home I was pondering that delivery from 2019 and my memory refreshed. I didn't remember it because honestly it sucked. It was some vapes and distillates that all tasted like I was vaping sticks out of my back yard. It was all very forgettable and forgotten. Oh well not a big deal. After seeing some recent feedback online I figured I would try out Surterra. I'm glad I did. The vapes so far are really much different than what I remember from my first experience. The bud all looks real nice. I got 5 different bud strains and they all look and smell real nice. Good job Surterra! Everyone was friendly and the person helping me by the name of Billy...

Got my card recently incase anyone isn't aware after you've had your card for a month they can increase the amount of your limit to 5 Oz of weed. God forbid that's not enough... I went to Suterra got a bunch of things Some live Rosin was good some bubble hash that turned out to be pretty much full melt hash which is a rare find. Some dude said something about hydrocarbon extraction nobody has real system if they say they do they're lying blah blah.. Fact I been smoking hash since I was 11 I'm 53 that dude was tripping bubble hash has many qualities some bag sets have like 8 bag sizes 2 or 3 of them could potentially be full melt depends on product you start with. Fullmetal hash has been around longer than Hydrocarbon extraction for weed has been around... It's great to make your own hash. bubble bags sets are easy to get online if you can cook you can make hash. So this place had good selection good prices and mostly informed advice. Try the bubble hash it's great as good as wax without the chemical they use to extract most wax that's why I go with ROSIN not wax. It's totally pure just heat and pressure create ROSIN. Health wise Rosin is the way to go you'll know when you hit it no stress on lungs unless you take huge hit then all bets are off but you feel no stress to lungs from it like you get from wax. Makes the lungs hurt like you got bronchitis Rosin is so smooth its like breath of air unless you over do it... You never have to make yourself cough to get high that's a joke small hits is where it's at. Worth a try I promise. Check this place...

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago. Bought some product for a little more than $100.00USD. Called the store the following day to complain about the eyedropper not working correctly. First I was told that there wasn't anything that could be done about the defective packaging (bottle and top). When I explained that the product was not defective, but the packaging was, the store manager got involved and told me they'd ship out a dropper. Here it is a week and a half later, and nothing in my mailbox. I guess that I can drink the tincture right out of the bottle, but I'll prefer to shop in a different dispensary. When I'm spending my hard earned money I deserve some semblance of customer service, regardless of what I'm buying. This place has product to sell, but no customer service should you need it. Giving one star cause you can't give zero.

I'm changing my rating, due to the store manager's attentive performance. Henry (the manager) finally got wind of our problem after seeing the online review, and got involved. He solved the problem in a very timely and professional manner. Customer service like this will build a loyal following, insuring long term success. Thank you Henry, keep up the good...
