Went in this location as "visitor", with another person. It was a 30% off everything day. I gave my ID at front was handed a tag and that was it. I was looking at the clothing items they had and I saw a hat that I liked. There were 3 people in the back working . 2 guys and some hippie looking chic. My friend was speaking with the female about her orders. I tried to ask the 2 guys who were talking to each other behind the counter if the 30% off applied to the hats. I was 4 feet from them when I asked and they didn't respond. I thought they purposely were ignoring me but wasn't sure. So I just waited a few minutes until I saw one of the guys by himself behind the counter. When I asked him again about the hat, you could tell he was annoyed I asked him cause he wouldn't make eye contact and was like " I dunno ask her", referring to the older hippie looking woman who was helping my friend. So I walked over in front of the worker lady and asked her if the hats were also 30% off. She litterally ignored my question and started talking to the girl I was with about some product. So I asked again. This time she paused looked at me and said "Are you a patient? Dude, you need to chill out. Your asking too many questions". She had this stern like snobby tone to her when she said this. She then just stared at me in silence for a few seconds. I wanted to say something soooo bad , but I bit my tongue only because I knew the woman was a little older and I didn't want to be disrespectful and my friend wanted to try this certain inhaler that apparently only Muv sells. (Which wasn't as great as she thought anyways). After a few seconds after she snapped at me (the worker lady) either my expression which probably shown I was aggravated or realizing how she sounded. She tried to soften it up and in a poor way explain that she apparently can get into trouble if she's answering questions to someone who's not a patient. (I was asking about clothes not buds) She then made the first I was with ask her if it was 30% off hats too. Heres the deal. I don't even take or smoke anymore. But I enjoy going to dispensaries with my friends and fiancé to see their new products and live vicariously through them I guess. I've always had very warm welcomes and people excited to explain products at every single other dispensary I've visited. The people I go to dispensaries with will spend alot with them regularly also. The issue with Muv is that when we went in yesterday dec 16th around 1pm everyone except the girl at the front desk had this stuck up better than thou vibe about them, which is usually the complete opposite of dispensary employees. When I was handed a visitors pass, I was not informed by anyone nor did I see any signs or have to sign a paper stating that I was not allowed to ask questions (which is weird cause I feel like visitors are potential customers) As a matter of fact when I had asked the male employee behind the counter that question he TOLD ME to ask the older female working the counter which I did. And then was scolded and only explained why she scolded me after we had a staredown of all stare downs. I visit alot of these places. I know and understand quality and prices and ill be honest. MUV is SUPER expensive EVEN with their deals. They wouldn't honor the second discount my friend was supposed to get because they said it had been "too long" since she first cane which is whatever. The ONLY reason why I didn't snap at this lady was 1) she was old 2) my friend REALLY wanted to try this inhaler thing and 3) cause I was someone else's guest. If you want to pay high azz prices , AND deal with people that carry themselves like they are the Rockefellers and will try and make you feel stupid than Muv is definitely your place. If you want to go to dispensaries that have BETTER deals in my opinion some BETTER products go down street. They also get excited when people ask them questions Sutera is great. Product: I consistently find products available that meet or exceed my expectations in every category and modality. While at times I wish there was a bit more variety of options, I'm also beginning to notice that Müv focuses on continual improvement of their most popular core products and strains. Overall, I've been very pleased with effects of medicine across categories.
Product availability: at this location I don't feel pressured to order quickly or constantly monitor my text and email for promotional deals. I'm confident that what I want is likely to be available at pricing tiers that are closely correlated with product quality. It seems as if the inventory available in store aligns with stated availability on the website. It also seems that inventory is updated as close to real time as possible and pushed through to each storefront quickly. I appreciate not feeling it necessary to set an alarm to ensure that I take advantage of deals and sales. I'll find things I like if I walk in this store.
Customer service: It is always so gratifying to write a review where you can absolutely rave about the customer service. Such a rarity these days. What I like is that everyone I've interacted with is very pleasant and does a great job meeting the patient where they are. For instance, the first few times that I shopped here they asked some questions to ascertain my level of knowledge of the products and their effects. When the medtender realized that I had an idea of what I wanted, she directed the encounter towards determining and meeting my specific needs with recommendations.
On another instance I briefly overheard another medtender making product recommendations to a patient regarding managing a common medical condition. When the patient asked a question about an aspect of their condition that is more private and personal, the medtender used a more quiet tone of voice and more open and expressive body language as they assisted the patient. Before their conversation became more private, the medtender had mentioned up to date, correct and credible information about this condition. It was a level of sophistication that you rarely witness as a patient or customer.
Also, I really like the helpful and thoughtful ways that I see patients who are veterans and who have different abilities treated. I've seen multiple employees proactively assist these patients in a way that is respectful, compassionate, dignified and actually of assistance.
In-store experience: this location is easily accessible both inside and outside. It is overall comfortable and always immaculately clean. I especially like the product board behind the registers and in the waiting area that let's you see the whole menu. The dankness definitely hits your nostrils when you walk in but that's a great thing. It is always icy cold inside. The lighting is subdued and the interior is minimalist but warm. Service is FAST here. I've never waited in the reception area more than 3 minutes.
Advertising, deals, promotions: Staff is phenomenal about pointing out savings and deals that you will want to take advantage of. At the corporate level, I appreciate marketing that is not patronizing or based on ethnicity or heritage. Products that are advertised are related to my health and self care rather than other things about me. It feels as if you're being taken seriously as a patient.

Devin north port muv I walked into the Northport dispensary with $150 I walked out with honestly such a happy customer I only really get some free products lighters rolling papers a hat I love that type of stuff but Devin he went above and beyond he really does take time to make sure you were getting the correct and right product that you desire he really did listen to what I was saying and man did I learned quite a bit the knowledge that this young gentleman has is extraordinary and it is really nice that I got to experience that because the world is filled with so much ——————— it just was so refreshing to have a acknowledgeable good listening host just Devin I will be back every time I get paid the entire staff is honestly amazing I really do hope Devin does get recognized for this on the facts of The quality of the dispensaries products are outstanding or speak for itself they’re not comparable of course this is my opinion but more importantly the staff the staff is just where it is for me and Devin I appreciate you very much and I thank you for your time .
