I recently had the pleasure of visiting the AT&T store, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Ricky and his incredible team. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel right at home.
Ricky's and the staff l’s patience and attention to detail were truly impressive. He took the time to listen to our needs and concerns, ensuring that we understood all our options and helping us make informed decisions. It’s clear that he is knowledgeable about the products and services, but what stood out even more was his commitment to customer satisfaction.
The staff at this location worked seamlessly together, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.    Read morePurchased an IPhone 13 and the associate directed me to where the 13 cases were on display. She placed the new case on the phone for me. The next day the alarm on the phone went off 3 times. It was then that I noticed the case was pressing on the buttons and was not a compatible case for the 13. Couldn’t do anything but remove the case, as I was leaving for vacation. When I returned to the store a week later, they would not accept the case back because I did not have the outer package. They also did not offer me an exchange or store credit. I lost $40. Poor customer service. Will not return for any additional purchases

He made sure I got a great deal that didn't increase my bill more than a few dollars too. I got a great phone and he didn't try to sell me anything more than I wanted. When I had to return the next day to get help with a phone app, I was greeted enthusiastically, and again, was amazed at how proficient, kind and accommodating everyone was. It's the only AT&T store I want to visit from now on. I rarely write reviews, but couldn't let this not be said.
