I had submitted a request online to have 15 copies of a PDF printed on card stock. I uploaded the document of what I was needing to be printed. I had requested to see how much it would cost and how soon it could be done. After two days of no replies, I finally called and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful associate who stated the email wasn't filtered into their specific store like it should have been, but she was able to find my request without any issue. She stated that "Trevor" was the person who handles these issues and that she would make sure that Trevor would get my email and be able to address my request. After another two days of not hearing anything, I called this Postnet location (Off Toledo Blade in North Port, FL) again, but this time I spoke with a rather rude associate who never left me finish saying anything and would cut me off mid-sentence. I was never rude and remained as professional as possible. However, without even taking my number or asking any real questions as to who I was, she said she would just have this "Trevor" give me call and then promptly ended the call. She didn't seem like she enjoys her job at all. That was several days ago (from the date of this post) and still no call, no email, no communication. And I was already advised previously that my request was found, so it's not like they never received my request. I get that people get busy and that system issues happen, but I had to contact them twice, my request was found, I was assured by two different associates that my issue would be handled, and still nothing. I finally went to Office Depot and they were able to take care of my online request in less...
Read moreI had an important document to submit related to Hurricane Ian and was given a Fed Ex label. Unfortunately after going to three locations I was unable to get a Fed Ex envelope. Called this PostNet location 30 minutes before closing. I was advised to come the next day since the pick up had already happened. However, with my work schedule, I decided to drive over to the location and drop off the document. It was just 10 minutes before closing and unfortunately they were not able to scan label. I spoke to Paige, who gave me an envelope and said that she would scan the envelope in the morning. She suggested that I take a picture of the label with my phone, unfortunately, I left my phone in the car. She then offered to take a picture herself and text it to me. It was wonderful that she came up with a solution to really help me so that I did not have to come back up to the store the next day. She did text me the photo of the label and the next day after she scanned into the system for pick up, she sent me a picture of the envelope ready to go out so that I could track the delivery. Paige given me an extra envelope, so that the next time I needed a FedEx envelope, I had one. After multiple attempts to send this document through FedEx and having to be turned away from three locations it was refreshing to be able to get it done, and I truly appreciate the compassion and understanding that Paige demonstrated. She really went out of her way to make sure that my delivery would happen. Thank you so very much for a great...
Read moreLast year I decided to give PostNet another chance after several bad experiences. It has been a couple years and I live nearby. I didn't want to make the drive to Port Charlotte. I figured everyone deserves a second chance. Bad decision this time.
I went it to get 8 black/white prints and 25 in color. No stapling or binding or anything fancy. They wanted me to come back the next day to pick it up. Or I could pay $5 extra to pick it up in an hour. The staff here are lazy and untrained and I shouldn't have to pay extra because they choose to be understaffed. A customer waited like 10 minutes and finally shrugged in disappointment and went back to her car with her package. So I made the drive to another place in Port Charlotte. My printing cost was $3 less than the PostNet quote and that was even with an upgrade to some cardstock. My printing was ready in 5 min. PostNet has no business taking space in that shopping plaza. I feel like the owner tried to scam me and has no understand of meeting a common customers expectations. To them most customers have unrealistic...
