I recently ordered a specific smoothie, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that it was the wrong one. I promptly returned to the counter, expecting a correction or a replacement, only to be told that I couldn't keep the incorrect smoothie and it would be wasted. At first I was a little skeptical to try this place out since I always go to tropical smoothie, I decided to try them out anyways. The employees were very attentive to my special dietary needs being Vegan. Didn’t get frustrated or anything. The girl was very helpful with all the questions that I was asking about their smoothies and protein choices and what would be best for what I wanted. I would definitely say way better then tropical smoothie. They use real ingredients in their smoothies and the actually have different size options. This is the 3rd time in there. I always ordered the strawberry super squeeze. Today it was very sweet so I looked it up. My 22 oz oder has 46 grams of sugar. So I called them and asked if they add sugar to the strawberry super squeeze and they said yes. They use strawberries mixed with sugar and they have fresh strawberries. Why wasn't I given the option. The reason I get a smoothies is to have a fresh natural nutritious drink. Not full of sugar. I ended up throwing it out. I bought 4 smoothies for my family.
