Kinda upset that there is some kind of bristles all over the food for our kids party today it seems to be on all the pizza and bread sticks after spending almost $65 today very upset that there choking hazards in our food today I honestly didn't even see it until I started choking on plastic my mom said it had to be from after it came out the oven or it would have set on fire regardless plastic can't be good for anyone.....

I would LOVE to know what you why all employees are wearing gloves but the man is that was working the register told me to wait 10 min and all my food would be ready. I walk out to my car wait then came back in he said and I quote “ what were you here for again” I said my order again and he walks over preps my food with NO GLOVES on. As he was just touching so much other stuff.

I’d love to give this place 5 stars, but this has happened pretty often. Issues with the dasher delivering the food. My food is usually perfect. Absolutely unacceptable, I waited more then 20 minutes. Watching people walk in after me order like I did and walk out with a pizza right away. Finally after I said something the guy rushed and grabbed 2 pizzas for me. Some girl came over after I said this is unacceptable. She was telling me they were online orders. But they didn't give there name or a phone number. They just walked up and did they same thing I said and they got there pizzas right away. Not even an apology like I'm so sorry for the wait. After getting home and opening the pizzas. They cut them horrible and the cheese wasn't even fresh. I'll be thinking of coming back. Normally come every Thursday. But sunday service was absolutely 100% horrible. I'm so disappointed with the girl that was...

I have been trying to call the store for the last 2 hours and no answer. It says forwarding to automatic voicemail and mailbox full. I want a refund to my account. When I ordered on line it said error in processing payment and to call the store to complete order. I tried calling and no answer so I just ordered through DoorDash. Now I see my card has been charged. Your online system said there was an error so why did the order go through and I get charged? I was even charged twice!!! I tried calling another store to ask for help and they said they couldn’t help because the stores are all independent. They have no email address or corporate number to contact....

Walked in to pick up my order... Volger rap music was BLARING so loud a poor older couple walked in and turned right around and walked out, I got my order and went to the line to get something to drink and also some more sauces... the nasty child behind the counter with dreads decided to let soemone no lie walk infront of me and buy sauces LAUGH the whole time it was happening then look at me and tell me they don't have the drink they were advertising, my favorite part is this kid couldn't be no more then 17 to 20 years old... TERRIBLE service and terrible...
