Pizza Hut — Restaurant in North Port

I go to this Pizza Hut location all of the time and usually have a wonderful experience. I use the app to order and by the time I get there my pizzas are ready. Normally. Last time I was there, they had a problem and ended up remaking one of the pizzas so it took a little longer but no big deal as it is not normally what happens. Since we were running late, I didn't take a look at the pizzas until we got home and unfortunately there was a mistake. I love the pan pizza and pay the $2 to always get it as my crust. This time, both of my pizzas were the thin not pan pizzas that I had paid extra for. I contacted Pizza Hut through the app to see if they could do anything about this but I never got a response. I was really unhappy with Pizza Hut for them just blowing me off and keeping my extra money for the pizza crust upgrade that I did not get. Lesson learned, do not leave without checking the Pizza first and next time I place an order with them I am going to be doing it on the phone so that I can complain about them ripping me off. Hopefully they will credit me for the mistake on the last order but I am not going to hold my breath. I have ordered several times from this location and the food is always good and the service is acceptable, most of the time. I ordered a pizza last week and, in the defense of the staff, it was pretty late. I walked in and greeted the first employee who happened to be mopping the floor next to the front door and i received an unintelligible, mumbled reply at which point he yells FRONT COUNTER! Loud enough to alert one of the guys in the back that there was a customer and he was annoyed at having been disturbed in his mopping. The guy comes out to cash out my order and I inquire about switching to a smaller bottle of soda 20oz. Versus the 2lL I ordered which, at the time, was the only option available on the app. Instead of just doing it (which may have required the assistance of Mr grumpy pants with the mop), I was given a lecture on cost of soda per ounce and how it was much better deal to get the bigger bottle. This after I specifically said I wanted a small bottle so it wouldn't be wasted. I decided not to pursue the matter. This happens to me every time I order we have order Pizza Hut for years when they started stuffed pretzel crust we started ordering that plan every 3 or 4 pizza we get ends up being a stuffed crust pizza with just salt added to it not pretzel crust like they messed up and instead of making a new pizza they just add salt to it This is no way to run a business I'm spending my hard earned money in something I don't want and what happens when I call I get told I will have a 13$ credit if I wanted a credit I wouldn't have ordered the pizza in the 1st place and what about the delivery fee I guess I'll just have to eat that too no I won't....I'm done with Pizza Hut won't be getting my money any more is this how u run a business by giving ur customers what they don't want I'm tired of calling in and complaining every time that idiot making the pizza doesn't know how to cook it if you don't know how to make a stuffed crust pretzel pizza don't offer it this is the last time every time I have to call in and deal with that NO MORE I WILL NOT BE ORDERING THERE AGAIN...
