My husband and I went to Burger King for the $0.37 Whoppers. The Ad didn't say that you had to download the Burger King app, that you had to order it online and pick it up at the BK. It also didn't mention that you could only order 1 Whopper per app. Not happy. Also the Burger King (on Tamiami Trail in North Port, Florida) didn't have salt, didn't have ketchup and didn't have napkins! They were tearing off pieces of the rough brown paper towel, that you usually find in bathrooms. They were wadding it up and handing it to you. The staff was doing its best and apologized for not having anything. You didn't find any of this until you paid for your meal. Ask for napkins, they don't have any. you try to fry, find they're unsalted, ask for salt, told they don't have it. Ask for ketchup for your fries they said they were out of it. We were told that it did not come on the truck the night before. But seriously it would have been very simple to have somebody drive the quarter of a mile to Walmart and pick up napkins or go to another Burger King in the area and borrowed those things until their's came in. Very, very disappointed. My husband and I were there around 3:30 in the afternoon. The kid on the register said they've been out all day. They open at 7 a.m. so in eight and a half hours nobody did anything about them being out of napkins catch a salts. Ridiculous. Very very disappointed in...

Tried the impossible burger. They definitely have the consistency just right. The burger could benefit by using some more fat in the recipe, making it more juicy, but throwing an impossible burger in your diet now and then would be easily tolerable by any meat eater. Frankly, just like the commercials, I was amazed.
December 2019
Burger King released a slew of coupons in my area in December. I went here for the Family Bundle, 3 small fries, 3 whoppers, and 3 cheeseburgers for $12.99. I don't know if you've eaten fast food in a while but a family of 3 eating combo meals at McDs is over $20 now! So much for the $1 menu! The friendly staff helped a brother out and gave me large fries, which is a nice touch, in fact I went back a week later for the 2 bacon cheeseburger meal combo coupon, and extra large fry, and I had a free double cheeseburger Monopoly style instant win coupon too. It only cost me $8.78 to feed the family that day. They do have the impossible Whopper here too! it's like $1.50 more than the regular Whopper. I'm going to try that next time. If you want good fast food that won't break the bank, grab your coupons, head here and see the friendly young staff and let the kids play in...
Read moreChicken fries were old/stale like they had been made over an hour before, impossible burger was over cooked so much that it was rock hard. And if food was not bad enough you have to stand at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes being ignored while they only deal with drive thru before they acknowledge you and you can place your order. Then you get to wait again behind all the drive thru orders they took while you were standing being ignored.
Update: tried this location again and it's even worse. Placed an order in the app for pickup inside and it was ready 42 minutes after I placed the order. Also tried to order a Impossible whopper inside cause the app does not allow for the request to have it cooked by microwave so that it does not get contaminated by the grill used for the regular burgers (my GF can not digest the protein of most meats so it's important). Well after waiting just over 30min to order, five minutes later I am told they can make it as no impossible is in the fridge (would put money on lazy employees not taking them out of freezer and moving to fridge) and then waited another 3 minutes for the manager to figure out how to...
