NY Pizzeria — Restaurant in North Richland Hills

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. Pizza never shows up. Finally some guy that can barely speak English calls my wife (who left briefly to go to the store) and can't communicate at all. He was extremely rude and vulgar. So I call back to see where the pizza is. The guy cant speak English, and tells me he wont deliver it to me because its cold now. After trying to communicate that I would like my pizza delivered and having this guy give me the run around, I gave up and hung up. These people are seriously idiots. I have ordered from there like 3 times and every single time there was some sort of crazy issue. The food isn't horrible...but the shady/ignorant/non-english speaking people working there are unbelievably bad and extremely rude. This is the first review I have ever wrote and the only time in my life that a restaurant has treated me like this. Order at your own peril.

Update: Calls me a few weeks ago and offers to comp our next order if I remove the review. So finally I decide to call and give them one more chance. The owners 14 year old son answers the phone and tells us he cant do anything until his dad gets back and he is there alone. Wait 10 mins...call back. The owner says he doesn't give a @#$ about the review and he isn't going to comp anything like he originally agrees. Then he hangs up the phone. I don't care how hungry you are, if you purchase food from this horrible guy you are going...

Been driving past this place for years and found myself really craving some pizza today. Looked up places near me and saw that it was apparently under new ownership with great reviews of the new transition so figured it’d be a good time to check it out. The space is actually kind of cute with a few dine-in tables inside and the people working were very kind as I asked to run a quick errand down the street and come back to pick up my pizza. They menu looks amazing but what really drew me in was the personal size 10” pizza, it’s so rare to find. Most other places are by the slice (which isn’t fresh) or you have to commit to a full-size pizza so I really appreciated this option for a fresh pizza. I got the white pizza and it was ready pretty quickly and smelled delicious as I carried it in my car home. Omg! The dough is super tasty! The pizza was exactly what I was craving! I’m seriously writing this right after I devoured it. Can’t wait to try their other pizzas, some of the other photos looks delicious. Also plan to visit with my husband to dine-in and try out some of their other menu dishes! Do yourself a favor and grab a pizza...

Who ever owns this establishment needs a class on customer service. Talk to the manager, he just hung up on me because I wanted to know what was the altercation between him and my husband about a pizza order for Uber Eats. He stated nothing happened, but my husband was clearly upset and stated that the order wasn’t even ready. The owner came out clapping his hands at him as if he was a dog. He stated he went in and the owner was still being disrespectful after he said he was doing something for his daughter. This person who is clearly incompetent thought the kids were in the car but he was actually trying to find a medication online for my daughter. Owner assumed he shouldn’t be working and do such. That’s none of your business. If a driver says they’re there you’re not ready for order then we will wait and indicate in the system that it is not ready. Call support as well. Just know Uber eats will kick you off the platform for “pick ups” if you’re going to be nasty towards drivers. If that’s your of handling a situation without apology, I can imagine how you treat your customers! I will be contacting the Better Business...
